I woke up one morning and boom that was there. My friend says he thinks the LCD is leaking but I asking if it is the LCD or just dead pixels or something but they are pure black and they just sit there.
I obtained the unlock code from T-Mobile and followed the instructions given, which was to connect my phone to my computer and sync it with iTunes. However, when I did so, I was notified that iTunes could not connect to my device because my version of iTunes is too old. After seeing this, I went to download the new version of iTunes, only to be notified that my OS X software is too old to download the new iTunes. Then when I tried to download the new OS X software, I was notified that my laptop model is too old for this software.
SO BASICALLY, I can't get a newer version of iTunes; thus, I'm not able to unlock my device using my laptop. I live in the dorms and everyone I know has already left for summer break. The school computers don't have iTunes and prohibit downloads. What can I do? I need to unlock it within the next few days before I go abroad.
I'm thinking of buying one… Anything I should know? Great places to find them are encouraged too.
I don't know whether i should buy a new iphone 5 or a second-hand iphone 5s. I'm from Malaysia and I have only MYR2000 in hand which is the price for an iphone 5 and also the price i can get for a second-hand 5s. I really need a phone right now I can't wait any longer because it's really important to me.

Okay I need help. I got this new phone case the other day and ever since, my battery life has been dropping way faster than it did before I got it. Its just a like rubber or plastic snap on case. I just noticed it has these two little dot things inside the case on the bottom. They look like they may be metal. Does anyone know what they are or if this is the issue or what's going on?
My iPhone 4 broke, I'm not sure why but it won't turn on anymore or anything. I want my pictures off of it! I used backed it up on iCloud frequently but I have no idea how to retrieve the pictures from it. Please please please help!

So my family and I will be moving to Guantanamo Bay soon. I have a few questions. Preferably someone who lived in Guantanamo Bay Naval Base would be kind enough to answer my questions!
1) I heard there's a swimming pool there! Is there? If so, are there slides? How deep does it go?
2) Are the schools good? Are the kids nice?
3) Are the housing town homes or single family homes?
4) Is there Internet access?
5) I have an iPhone 4S, can I keep my same phone plan or will it cost more money to own a phone there?
6) What fun things are there to do there? I'm a teenager so fun things like that!
7) Are the houses in good condition?
8) Is the water safe to swim in?
I want to copy some words in Russian and paste them somewhere else using my iPhone. Is this possible?
So my iPhone 4 randomly turned off and it refuses to turn back on. So this phone is already as problematic as it can be, the battery drains fast, the lock button and the up volume button are broken, and the charger for this phone is broken as well. So this phone has been through some stuff. Usually when my phone does this I'd just reset it with the whole 'hold lock and home button for 8-10 seconds' and that would usually fix the problem. But like I said, my lock button is broken and I can't do that. I also tried putting the charger in (which barely works) and pushing the home button because I read that could work as well but it isn't working this time. If you know what's up with the phone that'd be great because I can't afford a new phone now.
