Should we cut them off? How much is to much when it comes to helping fam?

We have three young gentlemen in my boyfriends fam. One is his 1/2 little brother, one is his "cousin" aka his oms best friends son, and one is a fam friend. They are all over the age of 18. They all had jobs & lost them & still do not have jobs. They don't have jobs because they are not willing to work jobs like fast food/ min wage. They have their own 2 bd apt, all have iphones, and laptop, tablet, expensive clothes and shoes that they bought when they had jobs.
We have helped with bills, phones, rides to anywhere they want, they stay at our hose sometimes bc they don't have electricity or internet paid and like to use ours. They also wash clothes ect at our house. We also have taken them lots of food, and sent them LIST of places hiring that they are qualified for. We have given them money for hair cut, household stuff, bus rides, and other misc things as well (although I don't really think it ever gets spent on that)My boyfriend is getting better, but stills fills obligated to help them out.
But I fill like it might be time to seriously cut them off.
He agreed to not have them over until they have jobs again, but I fill like they just will keep coming over to use our things instead of taking care of bills at their own house. Mind you its 3 of them, and we live in a one bed, one bath small apartment. On top of that my boyfriend has a full time job and is starting his music career and school, I'm in school, work a full job, a part time job, and starting my own company.

What's my next step for selling a deactivated Iphone 4 on eBay?

I recently bought a sprint iPhone 4 8gb off a person in the mall. The iPhone has a good ESN and is in flawless condition, however she told me that it was deactivated. Usually this wouldn't be a problem because I usually sell lots of phones off eBay all the time, but this time it had no sim card and I'm not familiar with sprint.
My question is can i sell it as is? Because I'm not sure how these kind of phones work without sim cards. I'm assuming I can sell it on eBay deactivated, and when someone buys it, they can call sprint and activate it themselves with no fault. But I just want to make sure is that the right steps to take or am I missing something because I don't want to sell a phone that doesn't work.

Problem with Iphone. How can I turn off without touch the Iphone?

Yesterday I updated my Iphone to IOS 7.1.1 and today I was taking a photo with the Iphone blocked. When I finished I just hit the button at the top of the iphone.
When I received a message, surprise, my Iphone was bugged and can't unblock. Tryed everything, I have 98% of battery and the touchscreen don't work for basics actions, like unblock or turn off the phone.

Anyone know how to turn off the Iphone without the touchscreen?

Is their a way to unblock a blocked iphone?

I believe the phone was reported lost so i wanted to know, if something could be done that will let me be able to call and text. Or if i'm waisting time and should just get my money back from where i got the phone.

PDAnet stops working after a little while?

I've been using PDAnet off and on for quite some time now. Last night, I tried something new: Keeping the PDAnet app open on my iPhone 4s all night, while trying to upload a video to YouTube. When I woke up, it was disconnected (not physically disconnected, but I had to right click on the icon in the taskbar to connect it again). Can someone please help me out with this?

Also, if it's possible, I'd love to use the Wi-Fi Hotspot app they offer, but I can't turn on my Wi-Fi- it's greyed out.
