I've tried apps for my iPhone that get really good reviews but they never have the manga I want. I want to read this manga I really like called katekyo hitman reborn but it doesn't show up even if it's on the website the app uses as a source. What's up with that?

I used to date this girl name nina and she was so snobby and demanding. She acts like she is all that just because her parents own a nail shop and always buys new iphones everytime a new one comes out. I lost my iPhone 5s during a ski trip in Tennessee. I immediately called my carrier about my lost iphone, so they blacklisted the iphone. A month after I got my replacement, this guy called me and claimed that he had my phone, and asked for 75 Dollars to get it back. But I want it back wo paying for it, so after couple months later, I finally filed a police report and they were able to recover the phone and I got it in my mailbox today. I already knew the phone was blacklisted but still gave it a try. So I inserted my SIM card and it said no service( obvious). I then called the insurance company and asked whether I can get if off the blacklist. They said I suppose to send it back. But since It was filed as lost. They said I can keep the phone but they won't remove it off the blacklist. I called apple after to check the IMei number they confirmed that the phone was factory unlocked b4 I lost it (the carrier unlocked it for traveling purpose) .
So my question is do I still have a chance to unblacklist it
My lost phone still has 188 days of warranty left
Can apple do anything about it?

I have an iPhone 4s with iOS 7.1. I have the microphone on in settings, Bluetooth off, ringer on, and I've tried all other solutions. Sometimes I can hear faint recordings but mostly just weird static.
