Right so i'm getting an iphone 4s next month.
Will it still work after it gets discontinued? Like when i get it and i download facebook and snapchat will the apps still work when it gets discontinued? For 2 years until the next upgrade.
So when i download all my apps and then the 4s gets discontinued will the phone still work software wise and apps wise until 2016?
I'm having a old iPhone 3GS and it's not working well. I thought of resetting it from computer using iTunes. Will that be helpful? Please suggest some ideas for making my old phone fast. I will appreciate your suggestions.

I have an Iphone 4 running ios7 and its jailbroken, but i have recently not been getting notifications on snapchat because of the jailbreak, so i want to remove it. I didn't back up my phone before i jailbroke it so can't restore it from there, so how to i get rid of the jailbreak on my phone but still keep all my data and photos etc. On it?
Will it get support for at least the next 2 years?
found a beast deal with it and its within my budget on a 2 year contract
will it maybe get ios 8?
Will its software still be supported and be able to run apps from now to 2016?
I personally think America is weak. This political correctness and "American Lifestyle" Has made us weak. We're a very divided country not just politically but economically and also socially. We look out our fellow man and women and deep down we resent them, one seeking more than the other. The people here are also weak not just physically but mentally, They live too comfortably especially the youth the biggest challenges they face in life is getting their parents to let them go to their next concert or get the new iphone. I seriously question if America has the strength or heart to endure. A divided people will fall after all. Americans are selfish and greedy and it's seems all we seek is to better ourselves and our own lives. At least the majority. Living here there's no sense of community, no sense of nation. Just a sense of weakness, and greed. I feel all it would take for america to fall is one major catastrophe brought upon by nature, another country or something else, and what ever foundation is still holding us up will eventually collapse on itself. What do you think, do you think America is a strong country? If so why.
Why are fanboys so aggressive when it comes to speaking about what they like? I don't have a problem with fans being passionate about what they like, but the thing that I can't stand is how aggressive they get when it comes to people. For example I love Pepsi, and I think it tastes better than coke. But if I say I like Pepsi around certain people not only will they mock me for drinking it, but I have meet some people who act disgusted. I mean me I will drink both, I just like Pepsi more. Or on the internet you have entire "flame wars" about xbox vs playstation. First of all as far as a technical standpoint both have pluses, and minuses. But from a game point of view they both play 90% of the same games. Yet fanboys will constantly insult each other saying anyone who doesn't agree with them is an idiot. No matter what product there's out there there are always going to be 2 groups who support a product, and resort to childish name calling for anyone who like a competitor's product more. I have NEVER heard a fanboy present a logical argument for why iphone is better than andriod, or why Star Trek is better than Star Wars. Most of the time they simply say you're too stupid to understand it anyway, or some other blanket statement insulting the other person completely ignoring why the other person likes their product. Why can't people just respect other people's choices without making it a personal war of insults?
So my iphone4 fell and the screen was shattered, I need to replace it but I need someone who doesn't ask for a high price, I asked at the mall and they asked for a high price! I mean come in its just a glass screen! Please guys tell me of anyone who can do that for me for a reasonable price, I'm in bridgeview Chicago.
So I have an iPhone 5 and a lifeproof case. I tested the case when I got it and it worked fine. I use it periodically in water but not completely submerged. I have to take the case off every night to charge it because my charge cord is too large to fit inside the case. I wanted to use it underwater this summer but I did not want to use it if water would get inside and ruin my phone. Since I take the case off so frequently, will that affect the seal of the case?
