Who else is bugged by the wasted time and energy due to people who don't use computers as they could?
Example #1: my boss. Rather than simply retrieve documents on our company's online document system (which takes just a few seconds), he constantly barges in my office to ask me to send documents to him. That breaks my concentration and takes him longer than to just get the documents himself.
Example #2: my boss, again. We had a business trip together. Rather than just forward the hotel information to me, he told it to me verbally. Guess what? He gave the wrong hotel information to me, and as a result, I was delayed to a critical meeting, and I wasted 2 hours.
Example #3: my mother. Like my boss, she has an iPhone, iPad, laptop, etc. But does she use them? Nope. She'll email me: "Is it going to snow today?" (Check Weather.com, which is all I can do to answer your question.) "I can't get my car door to lock right." (Rather than just Google the issue, she calls around until she finds a relative who can answer, wasting everyone's time.)
