I have music I converted from youtube to my laptop. It plays and works fine. Their boxes are checked for sync.
but when I sync, only music I have purchased from the iTunes store will go onto my brand new iphone 5s. This is very irritating. How can I make sure the converted songs sync, not just the purchased? Songs from cds, that I own, won't even download to my phone.
I'm going to pakistan next week and i was wondering if ti would be safe to take my new iphone because last time i went, a few things were stolen

So I currently have the iphone 5S in white on EE. My dad has purchased a space grey iPhone 5S on T-mobile when it arrives I was wondering if I could take my EE sim out of my white 5S and put it in the Black 5S and then move my dads T-mobile sim into my white one. Would this work even though T-mobile & EE are essentially different networks? And would our numbers transfer? I'm doing this just because I prefer the space grey colour that's all.
So I used to have an iPhone 4S, but the battery was extremely bad. I think I might have damaged it somehow, cause it wasn't like this to start with, but it would die even if I had 70% left, and the battery dropped extremely quickly. I had it for about a year and a half, so yesterday I got the iPhone 5S.
The woman at the store said that I could make the battery 3 times better by only using it till I had 80% left and then charging it till 100% again for two weeks, so only use it down to 80%. Now, does this actually work? Cause it's really a pain, I can't go anywhere without having to turn it off after a while even though there's 80% left.

When i'm making a call or calling someone my phone is on mute, i try pressing the mute button to unmute it but it just flashes a little and remains mute. The other person can't hear me but i can hear them

So I have an iPhone 4 and I did not upgrade to ios 7 yet. When I tried to it says I have to have 3.3 gb of space. Well, I need more space so I got ready to buy some when i got confused. My iPhone is not connected to the iCloud backup- I think it is connected to the iTunes. If I upgraded my storage plan would it give more room for my phone overall or just to the iCloud?
And if you could recommend brands of cases that are protective, cute, and slim that would be awesome!
I have the iPhone 5 on iOS 7 and I'm all out of space. The reason being 5gb of saved messages. I have no messages in the app so how do i permanently delete those messages and open up some space?
The display isn't that small for me as I'm 13 and don't need a massive 5' screen. My iPod touch 4th gen is slow and can't really handle simple tasks well any more.

So nothing major, mainly just socialising and stuff. It'd be on a 2 year contract so I wouldn't have it for ages, I would just get an upgrade.
I like iOS and Android.
My main concern is that battery life and updates. Will the 4S get iOS 8?
