Why won't my iphone 4s shut down?

Everytime I go to turn my Iphone 4s ( Running IOS7 ) off it just boots back up after 1-2 seconds, I have cleaned the dock connections and have done the resets etc. I have noticed if it is below 20% battery it will stay off but any % over 20 it just turns back on, Anyone help me on this please!

Also to add if plugged into the charger it will turn off fine.

If I sold my iPhone 5S bypass warranty?

I bought the iPhone 5S in October Silver 16GB on T-Mobile and I want to sell it on eBay for a Gold 32GB. Will this bypass my warranty or anything? Like I can still get a replacement if needed? If everything is clean and that gold is clean?

Can you order a mp3 song from amazon and put it on your iphone library?

I have a wish list of a couple of mp3 songs on amazon. Once I buy them, would they appear in my iTunes library on my laptop? If not, is there a way to get the mp3 songs into my library. I haven't gotten the amazon cloud player yet because most of the reviews kept say they were still having problems after the recent update.

Iphone battrey rapoidly draining?

Yesterday i went out with a friend my iphone was 87 percent and by around 5.15 when i was on my way home it completly dies, i have tried turning off emails ect, it also comes up ith the accesory is not supported message if its not in a specific position when its charging, my phone is still in warranty, but i'm affraid if i take it to the apple store they will say its water damaged or something, the inly oossible contact it has had with water is a bit of rain, but nothing ever happened also about 1 week before the battrey started to drain my lock button became completley unresponsive, i still have about 1an a half years left in my phone conteact, what's wrong with it?

Legal way to get money owed to me?

I got this guy that owes me $210. He's my buddies roommate and back in June we had all went out on the boat on the river. While I was standing on the Back of the boat he pushed me into the river with my iPhone 4s in my pocket after I loudly proclaimed do not push me in the water, needless to say that it caused my phone to not work anymore. I told him that he was gonna buy me a new phone and he said he would. Well its been about 7 months now and he still hasn't paid me because he "doesn't have the money" even tho he's had money to go on two trips (one to Chicago and one to Mississippi) and has money to go out drinking every other weekend. I've called him and text him about getting my money or I will take legal action. My question is what type of legal action do I have here? Some people have suggested small claims court but if it comes to that then who would be responsible for the court costs?

How to fix my iPhone sim slot?

I have an 'iPhone 3gs' and decided to put a sim in to see if it was working. After putting in the tray, I tried removing it by use of the 'sim needle' but I found that I couldn't pull it all the way out, so while trying, the bottom of the tray snapped off. I got a new tray and put it in the top again but this one won't now come out with the 'sim needle' and it is too high up for the phone to be able to read the sim card. So I have the bottom end of a tray and a tray with sim stuck in my phone. How can I get this out?

What are the benefits for jailbreaking an Apple TV 2?

I'm new to thus "jailbreaking" thingy, if I jail break an apple TV 2 (or apple TV 1) will I be able to watch movies for free? Or use like Crunchy roll for free? Or does it just add more apps or something?

P.S. If I jailbreak an iPhone 5 do I get to download stuff from the internet and/or get free apps for free?

I just don't get what I'm supposed to do?

I'm 15. I used to have A's and B's, I used to have a happy family, I used to not care about games as much, I used to go outside, I used to take care of myself more. But now my dad doesn't talk to me, I don't see my brother and sisters at their moms, I don't have my iPhone that I bought myself because my dad won't talk to me about giving it back, I can barely get good grades, all I do is talk about games. This all happened because my stepmom divorced my dad. Now my Xbox broke and that was all I have. I sit here lonelier than I ever was. What am I meant to do?
