Am I the bad guy/woman?

So my mom wants to let this guy and his daughter stay with us "a few days". But I don't feel comfortable with him staying at our house and my siblings don't either. Nobody has an issue with his 4 year old staying over. The thing is his family lives in the apt upstairs and the brother in law doesn't want them staying at their house. But to me it didn't make sense that we should bring them in. They aren't our family and honestly I don't know him that well. So my mom and my brothers girlfriend were arguing with me saying that I was being judge mental and how I shouldn't be negative. Like I'm condemning him or something. But he's not family and we live in a tiny apartment. My mom has this thing where she likes to let people stay because "they have nowhere to go" and never asks me if I'm ok with it. I've once had my iPhone charger stolen and random people go into me and my sisters room. Is it wrong that I don't want to house random people even if my mom "knows" them?

IPhone won't always show notifications from Hangouts?

Asking for a friend -- he has an iPhone and has occasionally told me that he doesn't always receive notifications of texts from Hangouts from me. Sometimes rebooting the phone fixes it, but only for a while (and it's annoying to keep restarting the phone). Just wondering if there's another/easier way to fix this issue?

Starting a youtube channel?

I want to start a youtube channel about fashion with vidoes like hauls outfit of the week reinventing old clothes to new alot of diys and some other things like storytimes, advice and etc. I'm 17 in school monday -fridy 8am-3 pm no camera or equipment like a mic and other things i would need how can i start a youtube channel using a iphone 5c and a windows 10 computer also any advice on youtube how to grow as a youtuber and how to gain subscribers and that kinda stuff also any help on my content how youtube works like can i curse? How not to get flags if i do dancing covers how would i be able to have music in my vidoes how to monetize my videoes how to make a intro and outro i haven't started yet but i was thinking about start making my intro and outro now prerecord some vidoes to have in the future like i'm getting my braces off soon so i wanted that recorded and edit the vidoes and have them ready to go i want to start my channel around april i feel like i have alot to bring to the table i'm funny have a postive energetic mindset and i'm very creative

What's wrong with the App Store? - 2

Everyday this week the App Store on my iPod won't connect no matter how many times I try. I keep trying to get apps and games on my iPod. I'm also trying to find a new iPod but they're not on sale right this year for some reason. I'm not getting an iPhone I hate iPhones. We have satellite internet everything else works. It worked there for a while. What's going on with it? How can I fix this?
