IPhone 4s won't turn on after being soaked in water?

I did not realize my phone was soaked in water in my purse for about 10min after walking by the sea shore and was hit by a strong wave of water. It was 100% fully charged but it is turned off when I checked. I immediately tried to turn it on but it was starting to heat and lasted for about 30min. I tried to dry it using towel and then blow dry it and still did not turn on. I also removed the sim card and it is wet so I dried it. Now, it's been an hour since this happened. Appreciate your help!

My Iphone is able to connect to all networks except for one. But the network works with everyone elses phone. I have tried unplugging the router, turning off my phone, resetting the network settings and nothing works. It always just says "Unable to join network "Network Name". I go to this place very often so it would really help if I had Wi-Fi.

Ok guys i got a new iphone 5s today and i need to restore all my stuff from my old iphone on it. The only problem is my computer's dead. Dead as in it will never turn on again lol. How to properly transfer DVD movies to USB Flashdrive?

I have a bunch of videos of my family and I want to transfer them to DVD. However, I have no DVD writer.So, Walmart has asked me to put them on flash drive.

1. What flash drive holds 60 minutes worth of video?
2. The videos were taken with an iPhone. What video quality is the iPhone? Is it HD, or what?
