What's a good, reliable cat calming agent/device?

I have a neutered male Siamese cat that is just a maniac and I'm ready to kick him out the window. He won't leave his sister alone, he won't stop chewing iPhone cables, he's prone to the evening frenzy at pretty much the drop of a hat.

Spare me the snowflake meltdowns. I'm not really going to kick him out the window. I'd strangle him first,

Can Apple iPhone be unlocked? (verizon)?

So i want to get the iPhone XS Max. I currently have Metro PCS on a paid off iPhone 7. I want to monthly pay the phone off. I tried applying for apples credit, but was denied because of my credit score. I was wondering, if it's possible to buy the phone from apple and say it's under, say a Verizon sim, just to get the phone and pay monthly, but then to change sims to Metro PCS. Would that work? So basically just get the phone so i could pay monthly and then switch carriers? I would just get verizon but it's really expensive. What will work?

Do you think it was my fault that he disappeared?

A classmate of mine, 31 year old man. I feel like he liked me but we never got together. He was very career oriented. I simply asked him if he's single on a texting app, using a different number, he trolled me and I sort of trolled him back.
He disappeared like a week after I had used a fake number to text him. I don't know if he knows its me. He shut off his career account and all his connections can't find him. He uses an iphone and all our messages used to be in blue but now they're all green. His other friends who texted him also see its not delivered in green.
When he trolled me, he said his phone broke, he's in Japan and has 30 phones but I don't think he was serious when he said all that. He has a computer sceince background. Why did he disappear all of a sudden? Is it just because I texted him using an anonymous number?

Added (1). It's not like him to shut off all connections and delete everything. Someone says he feels its an infosec reason that he disappeared. He took long to build connections with everyone. It's been weeks and no one can find him.
Can any you please help figure out WHY someone would do this and what you think might have happened?
He recently graduated with a B.S. Degree.

I want to set a sound recording on my iphone as a ringtone but I can't figure out how?

I looked it up and it said to change it to an m4r on your computer and copy it to your iphone via USB and I can't get it to copy to my phone. Anyone know how to do that? I tried just dragging and dropping it but it wouldn't let me drop it. Or a different way to make the sound recording into a ringtone?

Added (1). also, when I click on the file my computer lists it as a ringtone, but it doesn't show up in the Tones file on iTunes either. It does show up in iTunes on my computer though, just as a song I guess
