Why does my iPhone turn off prematurely?
It never even gets to 1% anymore. It shuts off at 2% most of the time, but can be a lot sooner.
Why is this? Is there any possible solutions?

On Saturday afternoon I decided to stupidly change my passcode on my iphone, and instantly forgot it! After numerous failed attempts it eventually locked me out.
When I got home on Sunday night I linked it to my itunes and discovered I had not other choice but to restore my phone back to its factory settings, however before I did this, I could see on my home screen that I had loads of unread messages, and some of them looked really really important!
I googled it and it looked as though these messages would be returned to me once my phone was up and running again but they haven't been! I'm absolutely desperate. I've tried a programme, Wondershare, but that only works for deleted texts, in fact I have only been able to find programmes for deleted texts but these texts weren't deleted they were literally lost!
I have tried contacting o2. Who are absolutely useless and won't forward on your OWN text messages due to data protection. Wtf?! They were meant for YOU in the first place! How this makes sense is beyond me.
I feel I've tried everything but yet whenever I search the internet there's always some super smart techy person who claims that nothing is ever TRULY just wiped. If a message has been received then it has been stored somewhere and it is only a matter of being able to locate it - . And I believe them because that makes every bit of sense to me.
If there's anyone who can help me I would be So grateful! You can do almost anything these days, surely its just the matter of finding the right kind of programme to download? Or even hack my OWN o2 account lol, anything!
I have the Instagram app (for iPhone) and I have one account. I want to add another account for fandom stuff but I don't know how to add one.
I customized an Arizona State University skin for my iPhone 4. And I was wondering that if I ordered it, I'd actually like it. I know it's only a plastic skin, like a screen protector, which worries me. I've never had good luck with SPs and always end up peeling them off. How well do these things work?
I recently bought an iphone 4, but in order for me to get into it i need to sign into an apple id to activate the phone. I tried to sign into my own but i was unable to, it says i need to sign into the previous owners id first.
i was just wondering if there was any way around this? As i'm unable to contact the seller that sold it to me.
I'm looking for a set of speakers for my record player. It's just a basic player with built in speakers, but I was wondering if you could hook up a better set of speakers through the headphone slot?

Like any of them. Would they work? Do you know of any better speakers I could buy? Any help is appreciated.
I may sound stupid but I'm sending a small package (iPhone charger) to a friend of mine who lives in Manchester (I'm in London) I've put a 2nd class stamping on the package do I have to go in to a Royal Mail or can I just put it in a Royal Mail post box?
I have recently bought myself an iphone 5 after having a galaxy s3. I'm not asking browsing history, I'm asking that on my galaxy s3 I could press the centre botton for a few seconds and the full phone history I had pressed on would appear. How does that work for iphone 5? What do I have to press tp see where I have been on and to go back a page I forgotten.
I just got an iphone 5s at bestbuy on sunday and i realized that there's a gap at the top and when the brightness is pretty high and the loghts are off there's light leakage at the top under powerbutton and in the middle at the top, and some spots on the sides? If i go to best buy or apple will atleast one of them give me a new one? Because it is a defect right?
If not then which one?
