Basically my best friend got screwed over by this guy, he stole my friend's xbox, Grand Theft Auto 5, and some of his mom's things from their house. He's also gotten my friend suspended from school and said he stole some head phones. I know my friend wouldn't just take something for no reason, he used to live with me and none of my things have ever come up missing. My friend basically lives at my house sometimes, he works almost every singe day of the week and he's a good friend and person. I wouldn't keep stolen stuff for anyone else, but we're like family. I know he wouldn't take something from someone who didn't deserve it. The guy basically put my friend through hell by getting him in trouble at school and at home.
So my friend took this guy's iPhone from him a couple days ago and he was worried about them tracking it. We found out the pass code and I deleted his iCloud account so no one could use it to track the phone. We took the SIM card out. I have kept the phone off since I've had it at my house and I just want to make sure that nobody can track it. What other precautions can I take to ensure that no one will know where the phone is at? I don't usually harbor stolen goods, any extra measures I can take to keep the phone from being found would be cool.
