I have two iPhone 4S updated to most recent update both locked to Verizon. I'm wondering how much it will run me to get them both switched to straighttalk and what all I would need to do to do this? Links and details would be appreciated.

I have boost mobile and these two phones are the best right now and wondered what would be the best? I'm not much of a camera person i just Internet browse, play games, use facebook, and watch alot of videos on YouTube. Also boost mobile will have the iPhone 5s next week so you add that too.
We have created a turn based game (like chess) in flash builder using actionscript 3. We're currently using the adobe air compiler to publish an installable app for ios and android which is due to be released on the app store soon.
At the moment the app runs as standalone with a simple artificial intelligence. We're now trying to figure out how to get the game to a stage where players can play each other online on their iphone or android once they have downloaded the app.
As far as we're aware, there are game centers for both android and iphone, but we have limited knowledge of how to make use of these, and limited knowledge of xcode. From what we understand both also require you to to host your own server - which we currently do not have the resources of money to manage.
My question is, is there a way to use Actionscript 3 in Flash builder to set up some kind of peer to peer comminication, so that iphone and android users anywhere in the world can play eachother online once they download it through the app store?
We have virtually no knowledge of any other coding software so would ideally like a way to do this in as3. From what I understand it IS possible using something called 'rtmpf', or cirrus. I have also done some research and have come across the following links:

The only other alternative we can think of is to locate a good contractor who will work for free based on a return of profit once the project is sold, or find a company to resolve the multiplayer aspect of the project on both iphone and android - and dekstop, base on a return of the royalties. Does anyone know a good company or individual that would consider this, or specializes in these kind of projects?

So, I'm getting an iPhone 5s with 3gb of internet each month. I'm planning on using the internet to text using a texting app. Texting's too expensive and I want to save money. I'd like to have an app that can text to all other phones, including phones without the texting app. It also has to be fairly cheap too.
What do you suggest?
Ok so I have little bro he is 10 and a fith grader I'm a boy and a 6th grader I'm a few years older then him but he always gets bad grades and gets literally anything he wants and he has skipped school like 4 or 6 times and has been expelled 2 times and almost suspended once and even his teacher doesn't like him I can tell but seriously his room is jammed packed with stuff mine… No I get straight A, s and he gets D and F like one time he was begging for a trampoline and 2 mins later they bought it for him when he was in second and I was in third he got an iPhone for NO REASON I ask my parents for things and NO I mean one time they also took him to see a movie ON MY B-DAY without me and last week I asked for a new tv and my dad said yes if I make the honer roll and I did but I didn't get a new tv cuz my stupid brother wanted a tent and my dad blew all his money on that and my brother all he did was lose it after 2 hours i mEAN THey seriously treat him Way better than me
I was going to plasti dip my iphone with left over dip. I saw videos of people doing it and it turns out looking nice i just don't know if the dip will seep into the buttons on the phone and mess them up or something. Just being cautious before i mess my phone up.
From what I'm hearing, some iPhone 4Ss encountered an issue after the iOS 7 update. The issue is the Wi-Fi button being dimmed/ grayed out. Is there any way for me to solve this Wi-Fi Issue just in case I encounter this problem? Thank you very much. I would really appreciate your suggestions.
