How to transfer apps from iPhone to iTunes?

My computer crashed recently and after installing iTunes, I have to download again apps I purchased from Appstore. However, I found that some old apps are no longer available in Appstore nor in my iCloud account. I want to transfer them back from my iPhone to my iTunes to have a backup just in case my iPhone is out of order. Anybody who can help me please.

Buying a iPhone 5s from Dubai and using it in Pakistan?

Is it possible that the phone will function with a Pakistani service provider? My dad's buying me an iPhone because i'm finally in high school, but I don't want to buy it from within Pakistan, we don't buy much stuff from here because it's mostly fake, used or worse. I bought a Macbook Pro (Mid 2012) i7 13'in from iRaffles (authorised reseller) in Pakistan, and it's great but those people are selling the iPhone 5s for around Rs.112, 000 which is like $1, 055.13. I would want to go easy on my dad since he just bought me the laptop, but isn't it too much? (don't be surprised, we get these kind of devices double the original price in Pakistan).

What happens if my screen protector?

I bought a screen protector called Tech Armor from Amazon for my iPhone 5S which is coming tomorrow. Before I purchased the screen protector, I read the reviews. All the reviews were great and 5 stars, but there were some complaints on how some of the screen protectors covered the light sensor and the ambient sensor.

When it came in the mail today, I saw that the holes were slightly different while comparing to the customer images on Amazon. There's a lifetime warranty to Tech Armor so I'm okay. Is it bad to cover the sensors with a screen protector and I should just return it, or should I just keep it and it doesn't matter if it covers it?

I was looking at the starhub website earlier on and I noticed that while the iphone 5s was almost completely snapped up, the 5c was still high in stocks. What's so bad about getting a 5c?

I have this really bad old flip phone and I have been asking my mom for a new phone for a while. Now she is saying that when she upgrades to a new phone I might be able to do the at&t "share an upgrade" thing and get an iPhone 5C! This is my first smartphone (I'm 15) and I'm so excited!
