I was going to watch a video on YouTube and almost dropped my phone and I may have clicked on something and then when I looked at my phone their was a banner at the top of my screen and I can't take it off When I click on it it takes me to my YouTube app but i don't know what's going on? Is it like recording me or something?

On a family plan and this recently was added to our plans. I like knowing where everyone else is, but i don't like it for me.
Just turning it of doesn't work. App's won't block it, to my current knowledge.
Taking out the sim card? Take out SIM and battery? Ideas?
Any devices! When I try to drag it to any of the listings, I get that little 'reject' circle. When I plug my iPhone in or iPods… It says It can't be synced. It will play on iTunes, just that it won't add to either playlist on iTunes or any devices? How do I get it to do this?

I just bought a new phone the other day, and after fully charging(so the USB cable works) it I wanted to sync it to my iTunes library (I also used to own an iPod which my computer recognizes), but my phone didn't respond to being plugged into the computer (not charging, not connecting to iTunes). I tried updating iTunes and rebooting both the computer and the phone. What else could I do?
I have a 2012 iMac with Mountain Lion and an iPhone 5S. Everytime I dock my iPhone, iPhoto autoatically opens, but it's very rare that I actually need to use iPhoto.
Is there any way that I can dock my iPhone without it opening every time?
All this happens in one day i woke up this morning and tried to go on you tube and load some videos but it would be a black screen and nothing would load even the comments for you tube won't. My internet connection is fine i even left it off for a hour to see if that would help, i went to other sites and they said to clear the cache i have done that 500 times! And restarted my comp and still nothing worked, i updated java and flash and still nothing. And when i mean no video loads NO video loads i went onto 9gag to see if any GIFS would load nothing just a while screen, i even tried a p0rn site and even that won't load any ideas on why this has happened and how to fix it.
I have music that I downloaded awhile ago on my iPhone and I have different music on my laptop. Is it possible to sync my iPhone to my iTunes and be able to have both the music from my laptop and phone synced onto each device? I don't want to lose the music on my phone.
Some guy at the Genius bar from apple turned off my "find my iphone" security feature and I'm worried as F*** that he stole my data and information that I locked on my iPhone. I came in with an audio problem, basically the audio jack is F***ed up and the guy said that it might come from sweat or other things like flint getting into the jack. But what if it's something like my phone's hardware has been bugged or the software has been hacked. I didn't have this problem before I upgraded to the BS ios7 which makes everything on the phone incredibly slow and dumbed down in a 1984 double-speak type of way, which is happening to the world right now I'm sure. (by the way this handle isn't linked to my real id in anyway).
Anyways he said I could have a replacement iphone on my warranty because it is covered, however will they take my iphone i have now and steal all my data off it, including my notes? By they, I mean that dude and the other IT cronies that work behind the apple desk that may or may not secretly hate the company they work for (don't we all) and use all my data off my phone to screw with my life for fun. I have had my iphone stolen before and the data used against me, so I know what people do like using free phone call aps downloaded off Wi-Fi (I made a bad decision ofnot installing find myiphone before getting drunk on halloween) in order to get service… Bastards.
How can I trust the IT dude at the Genius bar?
I mean you look these people in the eye and give them a square look, but all you really have from them is their first name, and they have more information on you. Your powerless in this type of situation.
