Actually my brothers frd stays in usa & he's cumin to India very soon so I was thinking to tel him to get an HTC one or iPhone5s on contract bases bcoz it costs us $199 & get the phone in India n unlock it to use it for life time… Will it b possible to get an iPhone5s or htc one on contract bases & unlock here in India will il b in any problem if v do all these process… Please reply me fr my question…

I have an Iphone 4… A Barred one! It was working fine, other than it's disability to accept any Sim-Cards. Up until last night when I accidentally updated it to IOS 7… After it had finished updating, it went to the set up menu. I initially was not very worried but when I realized that you need a sim card to unlock it, I started getting worried. I tried to find ways to bypass the set up menu but really, the best thing I found was to open voice over and go on voice mail and cancel the call. I wanted to do that but the problem with that was that I must have disabled voice over before all this happened. I tried to reset it to factory settings but halfway through the process, iTunes suddenly said that for "Unknown reasons", it was not able to reset it… Does anybody have any idea as to what else I could do to bypass that menu?
Added (1). * For the record, I didn't steal this one I found it almost a year ago. When I was looking at information in order to contact the owner it simply switched off. I thought it ran out of charge So I put it in a charger but it turned out that the owner had deleted everything and barred it. If I was one to steal iPhones I wouldn't be asking how to make this one usable, I would simply steal another one. Don't prejudge!

When I sync my iPhone 4s, I would like to know where I can find all the stuff that I sync, like where my notes, contacts, and photos go?
Also, I have heard that ios 7 has deleted some people's contacts so that is why I'm hesitant to download it and also I can't find anywhere on my computer that has my contacts. I have my contact book app on my dock of my Mac but I can't find the exact contacts on my phone in that app. The only contacts I can see are the ones that are place there through the cloud, but I don't use the cloud as much now because I don't have enough memory.
Simply, where is all my stuff when I sync my phone? Would like answers so I can update my phone.
I bought my iPhone 4S from phones4u over a year ago but it's now completely broke and won't turn on. I went back and got an early upgrade to a different network so have to cancel my O2 contract which will be about £350, but phones for you said it would only be £220 and if I give them my faulty phone that will be £75 off and they also have me £30 cash but I'm not sure why? They said to come back to the shop within 7 days but couldn't get there as I had work, it's been 8 days.

I just recently; well my mom just recently bought me an iPhone 4s and I had to enable to Wi-Fi to connect to our router in order to download the Madden 25 Game app and it as successful. But as it successfully connected I notice the 46 icon disappeared. I'm about to head off to school in a few but I want to know if the 4g symbol will reappear when I go on the bus of underground in the subway. Because, I know for a fact that it will lose connection from my router when I walk out of the house. Will it sync with anything else? Or will it re-enable the 4g feature? Why does this happen and how can I bring back the 4g feat because if It synced to my school internet, I think it will block me off from sites like facebook, instagram, etc because that happened a lot when I used to sync my ol' PSP to the school internet back in middle school. Please explain.

Hey so before the iOs7 came out for the iPhones I had the beta version installed, so I actually had iOs7 for a couple of months before it was released.
Well I went to unplug it from my speakers and I had an "Activation Required" notice pop up and it blocked me from accessing my phone. I tried putting it in DFU mode and plugging it into my computer to restore and update it but I keep getting an "Error:3004" thing pop up before I can fully restore/update it.
I took it to the Apple Store and they where able to put it into DFU mode there and restore/update it on their computers.
Well now, I have it and I want to sync my phone so I can put the Sons of Anarchy playlist on there, but I keep getting a message from iTunes saying "My phone could not be synced because the iPhone could not be found on the network"
What the heck does that mean? Is there anyway I can fix this problem?
I'm thinking about getting a iphone but it comes with 500mg of data, i got to school mon-fri and when i'm at school i don't use internet on my phone, when i'm at home i will be on the internet- playing games mainly, but i have Wi-Fi, the only time i would use the 500mg is if i'm out and just quickly check facebook, so would 500 be okay as i use Wi-Fi most of the time
