ICloud backup unknown
So last Saturday, my iPhone 6 was acting really really slow and I couldn't use any of my apps just because the phone was working too slow. I decided to shut down my phone and turn it on again. However when I tried to turn the phone back on it wouldn't turn on. I plugged it into my computer to see if it would turn on, but it wouldn't turn on. A strange black and white screen then occurred (I've never seen it before) and my iPhone 6 completely stopped working altogether. I had to get a new iPhone, but when I tried to get everything on my iPhone 6 backup through iCloud, iCloud shows the backup as "unknown" from 11/22/17. There was one I was able to get back from September 12, but all apps, photos, contacts, and music that I bought after that date is completely gone and I can't access the most recent backup from my iPhone 6 on my iCloud. What should I do? Has this happened to anyone else? Any ways on how I can get the most recent backup back? I'm very upset.
