Can you convince me not to get an iPhone?

I've always been super anti-apple, but now that my iPod is completely full, I'm super tempted to get an iPhone.iMessage and Facetime would also be really nice as I just moved from another country and want to be able to easily contact friends and family.

How much would I have to pay for a new nano sim card?

So, I currently have service with t-mobile, which has the regular large sim card for a Samsung phone, but I recently found an iPhone 5 which i'd like to have t-mobile service on, thing is, the sim cards are different because the sim the iPhone 5 takes is a much smaller one, I was wondering if i'd have to pay extra, or even get a new service in order to have service on the iPhone. All answers are welcome, thanks in advance.

Iphone 5 won't turn on or charge? - 1

Ok so my iphone 5 ran out of battery today and when i got home i put it on the charger and i waited for around 20 minutes and it still didn't turn on. I clicked on the home button and it showed it was charging so i let it sit for another 10 minutes. When i tried clicking the power button or the home button it was no longer responsive. I also tried plugging it into my computer but that didn't work. Also i tried DFU mode and holding down the home and power simultaneously and still nothing, i can't reboot the phone and i have only had it for about 5 months. Only problem i have ever had. Please help!

Can i recover my closed iphone backup?

Long story short. I downloaded ios7 2 months ago and it worked great. Since the real thing is coming out in two days I wanted to go back to the old ios6 so i can update to the real ios7. What i did was backed up my iphone first thinking it was the smart thing to do and then i right clicked+shift update iphone so i can select the old ios from my computer. It told me it wasn't compatible so I put my iphone in recovery mode and restored it so iTunes would put the old ios back on. Apparently when you restore your device the backup I made was closed and a new one is opened. I didn't know this before. Is there a way I can get it back? In iTunes preferences it shows the new backup with the old backup time next to it and i need the old one. That is the one with all of my contacts.

Does signing a non legal paper, still accountable by law?

An example, I work at a phone repair kiosk. People are always asking me to sign a pstupid iece of paper stating that I have their phone. And its really *** annoying that people think that the entire kiosk is just going to pack up and leave to steal one persons IPhone. Besides that, if I sign that piece of paper saying I have their phone. Will it even matter in the view of law or court (in any situation involving the US legal system and laws) because it isn't witnessed or like notarized (proof by anyone else)?
