How to earn money quickly when I'm 13?

I'm saving up for a cello and a case, which adds up to nearly $4, 000. Plus tax. I also was looking into getting the new iPhone 5c. I'm just struggling to figure out how I can make money quickly to get a cello by the end of the school year. I've been playing for about a year, and I'm in love with it. I'm also in a youth symphony, which gives me another reason to get one. I'm one of the most impatient people ever, and I literally can't wait a long time to buy it. Don't give me dumb answers like "get a cheaper cello" because you literally have to spend that much to get a reasonable one. I would really appreciate some good answers.

I got scammed on Craigslist. What should I do?

I'm a sprint service user for almost a year now, will be a year now in November, but just recently, it was around last week I had damaged my phone, and i have no insurance on it. So when I went to the Sprint store they told me they best i could do was get another phone (btw i did try to repaiir it and the phone repair shop I went to said i was going to be $120 dollars to repair and also that the repair is only a 5O / 5O chance. They said it really wasn't worth it, and i went to 3 different repair stores and each one said the same thing it isn't worth it.) so like i said they told me the best i could do was get another phone but it HAS to be sprint doesn't matter what type as long as it's Sprint.SO, I went on Craigslist and found some selling an iPhone 4S for $3OO in my area, I emailed him my friends number so could talk to him about buying the phone. And he did contact me back and that same night he gave me his address and than later told me to meet him in a McDonalds and so we did, I gave him the money he gave me the phone and we went out separate ways, and just today when I tryed to get the phones switched, the Sprint employee told me the man still owed money on the account and they said the best I coud do was try to find him and get our money back, but i erased his number from ym friend phone and the messages yeah i know stupid move on my part. But i know what neighborhood he lives in at least, what should I do?

Which iPhone, 4S, 5C, or 5S?

I have an iPod touch 4th gen that I have had for 2 years.iOS 7 will not be compatible with it, and now I will probably not get updates on my apps. I was also not very careful with it back when I got it, so it is filled with corrupted files and it is scratched and the camera is blurry.

I do have a basic phone with a slide out keyboard I have had for 3 years. It is very dented, scratched, and its been in the rain and dropped. The keyboard has a spring that pops out, and the touch screen is very messed up that I can barely use it anymore.

I appreciate having these devices and I know I'm very lucky to have both a phone and ipod. But both are kind of old and damaged and I hate taking both phone and ipod everywhere I go. I will pay either all or half for this iphone. (Christmas). Which is better for me?

2. If i buy iphone 5S from USA will it work in India. I mean it will be unlock and i will get warranty? And will it work on indian telecoms like airtel, vodafone etc. ( same question for nokia 1020 or other u suggest)
