Should I get iPhone 5s or get iPhone 5?

I'm only income of my family the only difference in the two phones is 5S better faster processor and better motion sensors and better 4G LTE Antenna ok. I need the 64GB REGARDLESS iPhone 5 64 Gb is 299 right now. And when the IOS 7 gets released even the iPhone 5 will be like a whole new phone. I use it for all my music a few music videos allot of picture takening so mostly music and pictures videos of family or events. And I thought the iPhone 5 was fast with 4G LTE. Camera remains same on both and fingerprint reader on 5S wow seems like the main selling point there. LOL Please someone help me choose.

Why won't my songs transfer?

I have around 30 songs missing, on my iPhone. I synced it to my iPod, but it still won't show up. All the songs I want, are on my iPod, but not my iPhone. Help?

First thoughts on Iphone 5C?

Will you buy it?
I don't have an Iphone right now, so I think I will buy it when I get the chance. Seems more durable and simple. It definitely looks better for school work and productive/work related things.
What are your opinions on it?

Added (1). I also feel like it combines a lot of the features which are similar to androids or other smart phones, while still keeping many of the great apple features that are firmiliar to those who have iphones or ipod touches.

Imported videos from iPhone upside down and narrower?

I imported some videos I'd taken with my iPhone to my computer but some of them now appear upside down on my computer and are more narrow that the videos that are the right way up. They don't appear to be stretched or squished, so does anyone know what caused this or how to fix it without wreaking the video?

Why does my iPhone always start on the same song?

Every time I play my music on my iPhone it starts at a song. But when I stop the music to go on about my day and am ready to listen to music again it'll be on the same song it started on before instead of the last song I actually listened to. Why does my phone do this?

What should i do about a gang?

Ok so there was this chinese kid that did a smackcam joke on me. I then took his phone and ran away and he started chasing me. And I accidently dropped his iphone and it almost landed in the sewer.
