I have an iphone 3gs version 6.1.3 but i can't find an untethered jailbreak for that version so i'm gonna downgrade it so which latest version has an available untethered jailbreak?

My computer keeps restarting itself if I'm connected to my Internet either wireless or through a Ethernet cable. I took my computer to the repair shop and long and behold it worked fine on their wireless. I have a tablet and a iPhone that is hooked up to my wireless as well and they work fine! My Internet provided did give me a new router just in case and still restarting. Now if I hurry up and disconnect from the wireless as soon as the computer comes on it will not shut off. But if I have the Ethernet cable plugged in it will keep on restarting. It even shuts off in safe mode with networking. Someone please help!
I ended up dropping my phone 4 in water and did some research and I'm assuming its corrosion but I'm not sure. I tried changing the battery and I've had my phone in rice for days but all that's happened is the camera flash light has turned on. I do not want to have to get another phone, any ideas would be appreciated, thanks.
Ok I'm a dude and I think coloring the back of your iPhone if its cracked looks sick. I have a clear case too. Is there a way I can crack the back without cracking the front, camera lense or anything else?

I have an iPhone, is there a free app that I can use to download music? Where the music can download straight to the phone and I don't have to go each time to the app to listen to it. I've tried other apps but when I try to listen to songs I have to stay in that app and I can't be playing a game or go to Facebook at the same time.
Ok, so I got a replacement phone in the mail, and basically what I'm wanting to do, since I already know 4S can't downgrade or be jailbroken on 6.1.3, can I install a lower iOS like 6.1… Or anything else if I get the ipsw. It download for it. I know where to get them, but is it possible for me to install a earlier iOS so I can jailbreak it instead of installing 6.1.3.

How to I make my phone vibrate when receiving text messages? I want to be able to have my phone on silent in class but I still want to know when I get a text message. Have the vibration and everything else on. It still doesn't vibrate. I hate this so much! It plays sounds/music but that's it.
