How to restore iPhone 4 without updating firmware?

I'm going to sell my iPhone 4 and I want to erase all the data on it but i don't want to update the iPhone as its jailbroken and if I update it, it won't be jailbroken anymore.
If I do the erase all content and settings, will I be forced to update the iPhone or anything? I just want the iPhone to be brand new like when I had it over but still have it jailbroken.

How to retrieve deleted backups from an iPhone?

So I got ios7, bad idea. Then I had to downgrade to ios6 after having it for months but when I downgraded it, it took all of the backups from those months and months before that and erased them. Now all I have is a backup file from mid 2012, meanwhile, I backed my phone up almost everyday. Is there any way to retrieve these lost backups? Or am I stuck with an iPhone that is stuck in the past?

Hey guys just looking for some advice on my next device. My contract is up and I'm looking for Sony Honami (i1, z1, etc), Moto X with a wood back, or maybe even wait until HTC One (2?), Galaxy S5, or Nexus 5. What I'm thinking of doing is buying a iPhone 5S to sell on Ebay and use that money to buy the newly discounted Nexus 4 and wait to use the rest of the money on a new device. Does anyone know how much I would get off a 16 Gig, 32 Gig, or 64 Gig? I didn't pay attention when the iPhone 5 came out. Which is the easiest to sell with the best profit margin? How soon do I have to get it to be able to sell on eBay before availability kills the profit margin?

Music Won't Transfer To My Iphone?

I've been trying to transfer songs i have bought off itunes to my iphone but nothing will work. I wanted to put them on because i had previously had them on my iphone but they for some reason stopped working on my iphone. I would press play and it wouldnt do anything, and when i pressed play again my iphone would freeze up in the music part and i would have to press the home button and relaunch the music. The songs work fine on my computer. I've tried syncing my iphone and also tryed draging the song/album over to the phone icon to transfer but it won't do anything. Is their a way to fix this? Or should i take it to the apple store to have it looked at?

If i get a color conversion professionally done?

Ok. So i plan on getting my iPhone 4S a color conversion.either dark pink or light blue or maybe green? Opinion? And also.screen is shattered so if i got it professionally done, would it also get the screen fixed? Or would i have to pay more? I already know it voids the warrenty, but in getting a phone in like 9 months. So my questions are, what colors?
and if i get it professionally done will they also fix the shattered glass?
