How to put pictures onto my iPhone?

I have an hp windows 7 computer an I'm trying to put some pictures on my iPhone 4 and I don't know what to do or how to get it in my phone… Please help As soon as possible…

Why would she text me then make up some story?

My ex texted me yesterday and message me on fb i was a sleep when she texted me so I sent her a message back today just saying hey hope your ok always here for you you no that she said she was going through some stuff. Then she came up with some story about get mum using her old iPhone I no her mum isn't that thick to use someone else's fb account she's very bright when it comes to stuff like that not like most people her age so why would she text me and message me on fb then say that?

Iphone 5 or samsung galaxy s4 active?

I'm about to get my first smart phone for my 16th birthday and I'm not quite sure what to go with. I'm a HUGE fan of apple products, but the debates say that the iPhone is weaker compared to the galaxy. I would mostly be using the phone for texting, email, school, possibly music, pictures, and games. One concern that I have is that the iPhone isn't very waterproof but the galaxy is.
Also, I've heard that the iOS 7 is being released along with the iPhone 5s, but I'm not sure when it is being released. And I love the design of the iOS 7.

I look different in pictures, mirrors and pictures taken from someone else?

Basically i look in the mirror and i think i'm pretty, i've been told by people i'm pretty ot beautiful. I know that my nose is slightly turned a bit more to the right which means photos on my right side enhance it and thats why i always take pictures from the left side. Also one of my eyebrows is slightly just slightly lower. Now when i look in the mirror i'm happy with the way i look. The front camera on my iphone also reverses the picture to what it should look like and i look fine in that aswell. The normal camera on the back of the iphone is what i have a love hate relationship with. Everyone tells me i'm photogenic which i find hard to believe. When i take pictures myself inside or outside with the back camera my face looks fatter and wider, it makes my eyes look droppier. But when someone else takes family photos or pictures with same camera i look pretty! (Not sounding vain) and i look fine in every photo! Why is this? It makes me feel down about myself. I think if you want to see how people see you, you should reflect your reflection on a mirror onto another mirror. And thats what you should look like? Am i right?

Will apple replace my iphone 5 with a new one for faulty on/off button?

I've had my phone for close to a year now and the lock button on my iphone 5 has been giving me problems recently. I would have to press it multiple times for it to shut off and it really bothers me. My girlfriend had the same problem with her iphone 5 and they gave her a brand new one with no charge. I'm still under warranty and my iphone 5 is in mint condition. Put in a case and screen protector right when I got it. What are the chances that they'll replace it for me with a new iphone 5?

IOS 7 GA Now Available for Download?

When can I download a iOS 7 GA version, my iPhone is running iOS 7 beta 6. I heard that Apple to release GA version in the near future, I want to know until then whether I can upgrade my phone to iOS 7 GA by OTA.
