Breaking into iPhone 4s?

I have an old iPhone 4s. I don't know the passcode and I want to get into it to view old texts and pictures. (So no, erasing all the phones memory is not an option) I've also tried the Siri trick but Siri is disconnected so that isn't an option either. Is there anything else I can do?!

My mom grounded me for something that's not my fault. Is this fair?

I'm a freshman in high school and I'm in AP Human Geography. I had a 90 first term and now I have a 60 for 2 reasons.

First I turned in one of my minor homework assignments but my teacher lost it and gave me a 0 to cover the grade. Now when I ask her about it she said that I have to redo it for a 70, not even full credit, AND SHE LOST IT. So I redo it for a 70 and now my mom blames me for it somehow…

Second I got a 0 on another minor homework assignments just because I forgot to put my name on it and now I went and put my name on it for the 100 points but my mom thinks I don't do my work now that this happened and I told her I forgot to put my name.

I know that me being a freshman is scary for her because it's the first year things start to count for my future and she just wants the best for me, but this time I think she went WAY, WAY overboard. She took my earbuds, iPhone 5, uninstalled my favorite thing ever, my video game, and she left me my computer for only homework purposes. I also have a 100 major grade being put into the grade book, but my teacher takes forever or something because I redid the thing she lost last week and she still hasn't updated the 0 grade and I did the major grade for a guaranteed 100 like 2 weeks ago.

Please tell me what you think and what I should do.

Iphone 7 won't turn on?

It displays the apple logo for a few seconds before returning to a black screen, then repeats for a little while and then stays black. Any help is appreciated!

Fluent Spanish/English Speakers: How good is Siri's new Spanish to English translation?

On the iPhone with the newest OS, you can ask Siri, "How do you say… " whatever you want her to translate… "in Spanish?" and she will actually come back with a spoken answer in Spanish.

My Spanish is beyond rusty, but from what I remember in school, she certainly makes no mistakes that I can detect. But I was never "fluent". So, for those who are fluent, have to tested Siri's translation capabilities? How good is she?

If you ask Siri, "What languages can you translate into English" she will reply, "I can translate from US English into French, German, Spanish, and Mandarin Chinese." I assume the list is different if you have the OS version for some country other than the United States.

Added (1). Obviously, I meant to say, "… Have you tested…" not, "… Have to tested… ". But people seem to know what I mean.

Can I still upgrade?

Today while shopping I lost my phone, I don't know where. I have insurance with att, and I'm filing a claim. However November 20th, I have an upgrade and have been planning on using that for a new iPhone, with they still let me?
