What is something new about the iPhone 5S?

Can I unlock a pay-as-you-go iPhone?

I brought my iPhone 5 unlocked from Apple and used a pay-as-you-go SIM from 02. Did my phone lock onto it or can I still change network (to Giffgaff?) My phone isn't registered with Apple if that helps.

Added (1). Sorry. I just found out that you don't need to unlock when moving from O2 to Giffgaff since the use the same signal. But I was wondering, can I transfer my credit?

Laptop won't connect wirelessly but other devices do?

I recently changed ISPs. When the guy left I was on the internet wirelessly on the laptop but the next day the only way I could get online on the laptop was through an Ethernet cable connected to the router. I have a Linksys WRT54G… But I don't think it is the router. Our iPhones, Nintendo Wii and wireless printer can connect wirelessly but my laptop won't. Any suggestions?

Is there an iphone app which lets me plan my route before I jog?

I've had various apps and all of them just track where you run and save it as a route or you can choose other people's routes but maybe I don't want their routes? Is there a app which lets me draw my route beforehand?

I think I sing bad, but other people say I sing really well?

When I recorded myself on my iPhone to see how I sound when I sing, I sound HORRIBLE! When I ask people if I can sing they say I have a beautiful voice. Is it just me or what?

YouTube won't work on my iPhone?

I have an iPhone 4, and I've had it for like a year. Recently the YouTube app on my phone doesn't work. I open it and right on the front page it says "Error loading tap to retry." And no matter how many times I click it keeps saying that. YouTube works on the browser, but I like the app better haha.
I have tried turning off and on my phone, but it doesn't work.

Freshman taking Mandarin Chinese

I'm starting school on August 26 and going into Chinese. I know its a very hard language to learn and I don't want to fail. Does anyone know a helpful program, iPhone app, book for studying the language (50$ or less)? I'm super dedicated into learning this language and would love the help! And if you could, give me a list of useful resorces.

Activating an iPhone 5 with verizon?

My phone broke and I want and iphone 5. Verizon has iphones for $199 w/ a two yr contract but I don't want that. I was wondering if I could buy a 16GB iphone 5 for $199 from an apple store and activate it at Verizon and just get month to month payments. Would that work? I have been looking around and I have read things that say i have to have a sims card and something about the phone being locked and contract free? I guess what i want to know if I ordered a iphone from apple could I activate it at Verizon?

Can iPhones connect to the internet without using someone's Wi-Fi?

While in a restaraunt, my friend's iPhone wasn't able to connect to the internet. When she came to my house and used our Wi-Fi, it worked fine.So, is the phone not capable of connecting to the internet on its own?

So I heard the iPhone 5s/c comes out next month and I have an iPhone 4 and I can get an upgrade now… Well I kinda want to wait for the new iPhone but the only thing is when iPhones come out they are really expensive like the iPhone five where I live was 200 dollars and now it's only 99 and my mom has to pay for the phone._. She's letting me get my upgrade and I really don't want her to spend 200 dollars on an iPhone 5s and all it has extra is Siri talking… Also the iPhone 5c all you get new in that is your finger print to lock the screen and I think that wouldn't work out because of the sensors on the phone. Also if i wait for the iPhone 5s well that has Siri but at my school we have bring your own technology to do work and research projects well I'm scared that I will accidentally turn it on or Siri will start talking in the middle of class if I accidentally touch the button! So what do you think?
