What should I do if I called 911?

Last night I was with friends and my phone must've turned rebooted. My SIM card is locked so upon starting up the phone will ask for a four digit password you can also choose to dial SOS. Just now I looked at my recent calls and saw that I had called 911 last night without my knowledge. The call was placed around 2:30 and it lasted about 34 seconds. Anything I should do. My cell phone carrier is AT&T and I broke my iPhone so I know use a trac phone with my iPhone SIM card. Any advice!

I orded an iphone 3g off of ebay. I received the phone today but when i turn it on i can only make emergency calls in different languages and it won't let me get to anyother screen. It has an itunes cd with an arrow and a cord on it. How do i fix this problem? What is wrong with it?

SimCity DLX for iphone - how to turn off advisors?

I have SimCity app for the iphone. How do I turn off the advisors? It's really annoying when I start a new city & had the game paused, but these advisors kept popping up saying we need roads, zones, electricity, etc, even though the game literally just started.

Is there any way to turn these advisors off? I couldn't find it in the settings.
