I got a brand new iphone 4s just a week ago and i dropped it from above my waist by accident on tile and it won't turn on anymore. It doesn't make sense because the life proof case said it was shock proof from 6.6 feet high and it fell 4 feet and it broke. Should i return the case as well as my iphone? What case would you recommend
I have an old iPhone that I need to get messages off of. I need to have the message authenticated so I need for the messages to display the to and from so I can screen shot it for my records. Does anyone know how to do this? I can't email or forward it to myself because the phone is no longer in service so it has no connection. I would like the threaded message to show my number and their number in the message itself anyone know how to do that
I want to text a friend in the UK and I'm from the US. I know that if you use iMessages it's free but if Wi-Fi/3G is unavailable, it'll switch to text messages, right? So how do I make sure it never switches from iMessage to text message? I'm a new iPhone user so I don't know.
OK. I've bought my daughter an iPhone 5, so I'm having her old 4s. The thing is, she wants me to keep her pics and videos from her camera roll so she can keep them.
I need to restore the phone so I can change the carrier from Vodafone to Virgin so I can use it.
I've backed it up onto my PC, but her iPhone 5 will be erased if she plugs into my iTunes, and once I restore this phone I guess I won't be able to use that backup with the newly restored 4s.
I've also tried to backup to iCloud, but there's over 10gb of pics, and I'm not paying £28 for it.
I've found the backed up items in a file on my PC but they are encrypted so I can't see any of the photos.
My question is, how do I keep the stuff off the Camera Roll for her?
Is there a way I can view the items in a file on my computer, like I can with an external flash drive etc? I can't see it in "My Computer":(

I'm struggling! Now itunes has changed to version 11.0.4.4 and i have an iphone 5 i can't figure out how to transfer songs to my iphone individually! If i don't want the whole album for example, and just want one or two songs going on my iphone instead. What do i do?

Whenever I plug in my iPhone 4s to my Windows 8 Computer, it syncs just fine with iTunes, but I always get an error saying "iTunes could not back up your iPhone because an error occurred." It's never been backed up to this computer before, and I'd like to back it up in case something happens to my phone. Any suggestions?
I bought an iPhone, but I haven't read the discription and now I found out it was a donation. The title just said "iPhone 5 16GB Black", the condition New and only $100. But the discription said it is a donation for one. Can eBay give me a refund or do something for me?
