What do I do if the IPhone I bought is marked stolen?

My phone broke, and so I got on craigslist and found someone in my local area who had an IPhone 4 for sale, carrier Sprint. So we met up showed my on the computer that the ESN was clean said it wasn't stolen etc. A couple hours later when I go to my local sprint to activate it, the lady told me it was stolen and that they can't activate it. I have a new phone now that's not the problem, it's just now I have a beautiful new iPhone, that I don't know what to do with.

Which is better iPhone (Apple) or the Nokia Lumia?

I've been using the iPhones for a while now and it is definitely good however I'm starting to wonder about the quality because its very easily broken… How does it compare to the Nokia Lumia considering camera quality and the App Store?

IPhone sends as text messages to other people?

I have iOS 7 and updated to the newest beta. When I send a message to someone who has an iphone it sends as a text. But when they send a text back it shows up as imessage and i can use imessage from there. Also when I send pictures it sends as texts, not imessage. What can I do to fix this?

Okay, so I have this phone now, and it's not that bad, but I've always wanted an iPhone. So I've decided to try and save up for the iPhone 4. The iPhone 5 is way too expensive. So I get £15 a month pocket money, and I get 50p a day for cleaning the dishwasher. I already have £24.18 in my money box. So any suggestions on how to get more money.
