How many times will apple replace my iphone?

I got my first iPhone last September and in December i had to get it replaced because a spring in the headphone input thing broke off. Now, the sleep button is starting to stick and it has some storage problems. I didn't do anything to void to warranty of it and i haven't dropped it or cracked it or anything. Will they place this phone FOR FREE, knowing that I have already had to get one replaced? Both problems aren't my fault so if i have to pay for a second one i will be mad lol. And I also already know about the sleep accessibility button.

Added (1). Also, don't be like "androids are better just get one of those" lol no those are too confusing and that's not the point of my question

Earbuds make jump rope noise matching w/ heartbeat?

I have a pair of apple earbuds that came with my iPhone 5 and whenever I lay down and my ear is on a surface a jump rope cutting through air noise comes through the earbud. I also took my pulse through my wrist and noticed that the noise matches with my pulse. Has this happened to anyone else?

I'm looking at changing my windows phone to an android phone, I was thinking of getting a Sony xperia sp until I read about the terrible Wi-Fi connection this phone suffers from, any suggestions as to any other phones with similar specs and similar price range I could get? No iPhones or Samsung s4 suggestions as they are too expensive.

Changing my Iphone and using ICloud?

So I have an Iphone 5 and I'm planning on changing it for a new one because I think the sensor thing is not working well. If I get a new one with the guarantee, how do I use I cloud so that all of my apps and pictures will be on the new iphone. I don't have photo stream on because I don't want my pictures going on other devices with my icloud username. And I have the app: photo vault which keeps pictures " hidden" by requiring a password to see them, so how will I ensure to know all of these secret photos and apps and pictures with no photo stream on will be on the new phone?
