Am I going to be wrongly charged money?

I recently ordered a replacement iPhone from Verizon because my phone screwed up and stopped working properly. The problem is that Verizon says that I will be charged $500 if I don't mail my old phone back within 5 days but FedEx delivered my phone to my neighbors by accident and I didn't know till 2 days after it happened. So now because of the screw up with FedEx I don't know if I will have time to set up the new phone and mail it back before the 5 days is up. Should I call Verizon and explain the problem or what should I do?

I got a Samsung Galaxy s5 I like to look at my friends pictures but lately none of their albums will load on the app it must be from the last update. I can do stuff on my ipod I can't do on my phone. I'm not getting an iPhone. What's going on? How can I fix this?

How do people shatter their iphone screen so easily?

I've dropped mine like i swear at least 50+ times in the last 2-3 years and the screen hasn't cracked or anything close to it. Only the sides are kind of rusty and btw i don't have screen protection or case. And i've dropped it on every type of floor.

Cracked iPhone 7 Plus, Metro PCS warranty?

So a couple of days ago I dropped my iPhone 7 Plus for the first time and it cracked horribly. I purchased the phone through metro and was wondering if there's any type of warranty they have that'll cover it. I have insurance through metro but the deductible is $200. If it helps I bought the phone last month on the 9th.
