IPhone 4 messaging app problem?

I have an iPhone 4 that I have had for about 8 months now and have never had this problem until today, my phone works perfectly fine except the messaging… When I tap on it, I get a blank screen then it takes me to home screen I've tried turning it off and turning it on again but it hasn't worked also my phone is up to date and is not jailbroken please help

IPhone 4 fix cost or how to?

It's nothing to do with the front or the touch screen or the buttons. It's the back. The back is shattered and it only turns on when it's plugged in. The battery is at 100%, but it'll only turn on when it's plugged into the charger. When it is on, it is constantly "searching" for signal and it won't connect to any Wi-Fi.

So the back screen and internal problems is all I can figure. Is there any way I could fix it myself, or about how much would it cost to get this fixed?

It's a regular 4, not a 4S. Verizon.

Added (1). It also seems to turn off when I go into my messages.

Is there a comprehensive list as to what one is supposed to put in each type of tea?

Specifically how many sugars (what type of sugar, or if honey is supposed to be added), how much milk or if a lemon should be served… There's mention of there being rules in the movie (and book) the Davinci Code, this is the way Robert Landing gains entry into Sir Leigh Teabing's home. I would love to have a book on this, but an iphone app I can reference on the go would also be fantastic.

Why does my iphone say my photos take up so much space?

I have only like 300 photos in my iphone and it still says that it takes up 4GB and its frustrating since i've already deleted over 700 photos and my phone still does indicate much change of my storage space. Could it be that there's some hidden location all my photos have been saved or something?

Iphone 5 not receiving text messages from other iPhone?

Ir receives iMessage perfectly fine when I'm connected to Wi-Fi but when I don't have Wi-Fi I turn iMessage off and switch to text but when I do that I NEVER get the other iPhone's messages until I switch onto Wi-Fi with iMessage. Why is it doing this? If I turn cellular on then it automatically switches to iMessage and I don't want it to do that, I just want to TEXT.

Added (1). And it's on the "send as sms when imessage isn't available" setting too.
