Iphone 4 will not charge after water damage?

Hello on Sunday I left my Iphone 4 next to a frozen bottle of water this then lead to a puddle being formed over night when I woke up the phone was sitting in a small puddle of water but it was deep enough to cause water damage, About a hour after I woke up the phone started to turn its self on.
I did not do anything I had it on the site stood up so it could drain out as I did not have any rice or anything to use to dry it out.
But when it tried to turn on it was just showing a apple logo and then turning off again and it was just repeating this apple logo on apple logo off so on for about a hour then it turnt on but the lock/power button was not working so I could not turn it off again but the phone was on the lock button came to life earlier today, about 7'o'clock.

What should I do now the phone will not take a charge, also when the phone was sitting in the puddle the charger was plugged in and it was charging the phone so I do not know if that would affect it? Any help will be appreciated

Added (1). I just want to point out that the phone still works it just won't charge!

Hey guys my iphone 4 gsm is jailbroken and when it wasn't i couldnt set it up and i went to apple store they told me it was stolen which it wasn't cause i sent it overseas now that i jailbroke it thw Wi-Fi and bluetooth is unavalible and when i put a sim card in it say searching for the whole time my ios is 6.1.3 iphone 4 gsm and i tried restoing it and still didn't work

IPhone 4s is dead pretty much all the time?

So my iPhone's battery seems to be extremely bad or something.

It used to be able to have enough battery to be used for the entire day, with only charging it once over night. Now, I find that I need to charge it multiple times a day in order to make sure that it stays active for the entire day. Whenever I go to work, I have full battery at the start of my shift, and at the end my iPhone is dead and needs to be charged.

I even took my iPhone with me out to dinner, with 25% battery left, and by the time I got out it had 9% left. How can it drain 16% in probably ~30 minutes of time? That seems ridiculously fast to me.

I don't think I have any apps running in the background, the only ones I ever use are Skype and Safari basically. I wouldn't think having windows open in Safari while I'm not even using it would drain my battery quickly, and I don't think having Skype on would have THAT much of an affect. Especially since I have had this problem since before even using the Skype app.

Also on an unrelated issue. My iPhone has much much much trouble with updating apps. I will get the message "___ could not be updated at this time" with the options "done" and "retry" for every single app I ever try to update. I get that message for every single one.

So i got a iphone 4 like 2 days ago and i made a password.unfortunately i forgot it and i tried so many times it now says "iPhone is disabled, connect to iTunes". I connected it to itunes with the USB thing but then it comes up with this message it won't connect to iTunes because you need a passcode or something.someone please help?!
