Okay, so I want to start my phone all over and wipe out everything. I want to erase everything on it. Will this mess with my phone, like maybe it wouldn't even have a phone number anymore? Because I don't want that.
It won't connect to the router anymore for some odd reason but my pc is working fine as well as iPhone. I've tried resetting router and modem, turning on and off, restarting laptop, and also it keeps telling me I have the wrong router password when I'm aware it's right. And it will not allow me to visit my IP address.
I have a toshiba with windows vista, help?
I bought a used iPhone 3GS from a friend of mine for my mom last month. She's trying to switch from Cricket to Walmart's prepaid plan, But when we went there today we were told that the phone would have to be factory unlocked to do so. My friend, whom I bought it from, is somewhat of a technical genius and tried to unlock the phone himself but was unable to. Is there any way that I can unlock the phone myself?
My iPhone 4 Internet randomly disconnects while I'm watching a YouTube vid or just using it at home. I don't know hy it disconnects but it happens randomly.
I have a data limit on my phone, and my Wi-Fi. My question is, if I were to watch the same youtube video on my computer vs my iPhone, would the ammount of data used be the same on both devices, or is the file size smaller when watched on an iPhone?
Extra credit: about how big is the file size on an hour long YouTube video on an iPhone?
If i buy a unlocked iphone 5 from the apple store and walk across the street and activate it to cricket would i be able to switch it over to Tmobile later on? Or would it now be stuck with cricket?
Pretty much what the title sais really. Started to download a song on my iPhone and stopped it accidentally. It says I have the song but I can't play it and iv still been charged for it:/ it says check downloads in the store but there isn't the appropriate menu

The problem is that one of my cousins gave me her iphone which was in her use first, and later she went abroad, now the problem is that when ever I try downloading something on Iphone it asks for a password, neither I nor do my cousin remember the password. And now I can't download anything. What should I do? How do I get a new ID and password which I can make on my own and can use it for downloading stuff?
I just dropped my iPhone 4 on the ground while it was in a bumper case not 30 minutes ago. After I picked it up, it was rebooting itself on its own. After it turned back on I noticed my battery had dropped from maybe around the 50-60% range (I don't exactly remember) to 7%. I freaked out and ran to plug it in. As I plug it in, it made the charging chirp like normal but did not show the lightning bolt symbol, rather the plug symbol as if it were fully charged. I quickly shut it off, took the back off, and took the battery out and reconnected it; I turned it on and the battery showed 9% after that (wtf?). I had it plugged into the wall where it had the plug icon and now have it plugged into my macbook where it still shows the same symbol. I'd say about 3-4 months ago, my phone did this same thing with not charging but without having dropped it; I had it repaired and they told me it was an issue with the connector which I paid to have fixed and it was fine after that. I'm not sure what to do now, please help! Its an AT&T 32gb iPhone 4. The version software says 6.1.3 (10B329) which I'm assuming is the latest, I always update to whatever is newest. What do I need to do? Will my battery drain while it is plugged in with the plug symbol? Please help!
Added (1). Also, it is not under warranty. I bought it off of someone after I ruined a blackberry and needed a new phone in the middle of my contract so an apple store would do me no help unless I wanted to pay $400.
Well recently i upgraded my iphone 4 to ios 7 and it keep turning on and off by itself and now i want to restore my iphone but it keeps saying find my iphone is on help i really wanna go back to my regular verrsion help and plus my model no is A1349 so can someone give me a website where i can go back to 6.1.3 version please and my filmware i can't remember but it starts with a 3 but any way please help
