Is there a iphone 4 or 5 (or samsung galaxy s4) case that is shock proof and water proof where it snaps to the back then folds out on the screen with a strap so when it falls it protects the back and the front (screen)? (i drop my past phones ALOT and i accidently have the phone fall into the sink or get water in it lol)

So I had my iPhone stolen from the mall last night and I set it down for a minute and it was gone kind of dumb but please don't Criticize me so I have find my iPhone app and located the asshole so I was wondering how should I go up to the guys house and ask for it should I call the police? Should I go up there and threaten him to call the police if he don't return it I was pretty mad I wanted to just go up and get it lol buy I got scared what should I do?
Ok so my iphone 5 is frozen on a black screen. All it shows is the time, battery percentage, and Wi-Fi bars. It is fully charged also!
I heard that if you leave your iPhone or Ipod charging after it charges 100% that it will drain/kill the battery and make the battery life shorter. Is this true?
I'm extremely frustrated because when people send me attached photos, they are not showing up and there's no icon to click or anything (like there usually is). Photos only show up sometimes. The ones that show up on my iPhone when you scroll to the bottom of the conversation can't be opened on the computer because there's NOTHING THERE to click on.
I was considering in getting the new iphone with att for one individual line. Thinking about doing the AT&T - Nation Talk Individual - 450 with unlimited text, and 3gb of iphone data. It comes out to be 89.99 a month. How much will it be after taxes, and surcharges, etc. I live in Virginia too so anyone who has service, how much are you paying?
For about almost a month my iphone would only charge with MY usb adapter, no one else's, and only when I placed it in a certain way. Now, almost a month later, my iphone won't charge at all unless I press down on the charger part that goes into my phone. I really don't want to be sitting here all day holding my phone or damage it by bending it. I've also tried charging it on my laptop or in the car and it still doesn't work. The closest apple store is 3 hours away from me and I don't have the money to fix so I really hope I can figure this out on my own. Please help!
Added (1). It is NOT the charger. It is my phone! If it was just the charger it would work on other chargers.
I want to get an iphone, but i don't think i'm going to get a contract for it, so can i just use Wi-Fi like ipod and get games, music, videos, etc. Or not?
