Will the Comfort Suites Downtown Windsor Ontario pick up ATT wireless signal?

I'm going to be traveling to Windsor Ontario soon.
I have ATT and an IPhone 4. I will be staying at the Comfort Suites near the Detroit/Windsor Tunnel.
I was inquiring if anybody had stayed there and could still pick up the ATT wireless signal, and not get charged for roaming.

What is the best choice? (iphone 5)?

I actually want the iphone now so badly, but i'm afraid that the 5s will comes out near the day that i bought the 5, and i ended up regretting ( why on earth i do not wait for the 5s ). -.-

100 minutes, unlimited texts and 750mb of data, but at the side it says *also included; Unlimited Wi-Fi
what does this mean?

Is there an iphone app thats free when you attempt to unlock an iphone and its wrong, it will suddenly take a photo of the one who attempted to unlock a phone? I had an app like that before but it was for videos. But now i'm lookin for the phone itself, to unlock the phone then capture an image.

IPhone stolen but was turned off?

Yesterday me and my friends went to Kings Island. We went on the beast, put our bag in the holding bin, and came back and the bag was gone. My and one of my friends were sharing a bad and her iPhone 4S was stolen, my iPhone 5 was stolen, both of our car keys were stolen, and our wallets. We called security and filed police reports. We immediately used our other friends iPhones to try FindMyiPhone within literally 2 minutes of getting of the ride, but both of our iPhones had already been shut off. Kings Island security later found our bag with our empty wallets inside but no phones stuffed in a trashcan. Kings Island refused to look at security camera footage. My question is, why would theives steal our phones and immediately turn them off, and keep them off? Wouldn't they turn them back on at some point to try and unlock them? I have been trying nonstop to track my phone. This is the second time my iPhone has been stolen. The first time I was able to track it and took the guy to court. Is there anything I can do besides wait for them to turn one of our phones on?

Does an iPhone charger use electricity when still plugged?

1. Does it still use electricity even if the phone is fully charged, but still plugged?
2. Does it still use electricity when there are no iPhones connected but it is still plugged?

I'm a little curious because it is hot when I charge, but when it is fully charged with my phone still charging, there's a little warmth.

If the answer is yes, (this might sound funny to you guys) but where does the electricity go? Wouldn't it just loop around the socket?

IPhone problem? My messages come back to me?

My mom and I also share a plan. Ever since I updated my iPhone software to the latest one, all the messages I send to my mom get sent back to me from my own number. I can still text my friends without a problem, but the thing is I'm also getting my mom's messages from people I don't know, and the messages my mom sent appear as messages that I sent, and it's messing everything up so much. What happened?
