IPhone isn't connecting to Wi-Fi? - 2

It's NOT my router or anything. It's working on my iPad and computer.

I looked it up on apple's website and it said try resetting your phone and I did that, but it didn't work.
It also said try restoring your phone and I did that, but once again it didn't work.
Can I send it into apple or my sprint store and have it replaced?
Also my lock button is broken and you have to push hard to lock it.

I have a black iPhone 4S and I just got it Christmas 2012. Also if they will replace could i request a white one?

Hello, I have an iPhone 5, and it is only 3 months old. I don't know if the charger port got water in it or what, but I noticed 2 weeks ago my charger wasn't doing its job. It worked for a couple months, but then it wouldn't charge it at all unless I had it in a certain position (cord wrapped around iPhone or pulled tightly to the right side).So I got a new charger. Same thing happened with that one, so I got the one I'm using now. NOW it's doing the same thing! I'm so angry! It will be connected, and then it will lose connection. I can't ask my dad or anyone to get me another new charger, because they won't replace it again. What should I do? Should I tape it?
