I want to be able to beat up a girl if she hits?

Today we had sports day and the girls were deciding who would run last in the relay, this one girlX said she was the fastest and should go last, i then said no Girl Y is way faster. There was a big argument and then i said she always gets what she wants and that she was a spoilt brat. But she is for christmas her mum bought her the blackberry bold touch screen the next day she broke she got a new one and that day she broke it and got another and an ipad and ipod aswell as a iphone( who needs 2 phones anyway) ps she has a maid. I asked her what her definition of spoilt was she said there's no such word as spoilt. The other girls said that spoilt is when you ask for anything you want and you get it so i told her that for once in her life she could go and huff like a 4yr old because girl y got to go last. I then left to talk to my friends and tell them all about it when girl A came over and told me that girl x had said she that i needed a slap and that she was coming to get me but she never did. I want to be able to have some upperbody strength so that if she ever does hits me i can make a laughing stock at her pin her done beat her up.

My question: How do i increase my upper-body strength i'm 5, 4 and 55lbs/ 9stones i have a tummy and want muscle what diet do i need and what are good cardio-excercises

Will my future kids have the same childhood as me?

When I was younger I always went out side and played with friends around my culdesac and rode my bike until like 7 on the summer days. I also played with baby dolls and barbies until I was like really old. I don't like the way the society is going right now. I don't want my kids to be obsessed with technology like most 9 or 10 year olds are today. I don't think a 10 year old needs an Iphone. If they need a phone they should have a flip phone or something less expensive.

Added (1). I feel like if I only let my kids use the computer for educational things or give them a flip phone people will call me old fashioned.

Why does my head hurt when I study?

Whenever I start studying I feel this weird pain in my head. I browsed some others similar questions and they said that it might have something to do with eyesight but I don't wear glasses and I can see perfectly. I can even spend the entire day on my iphone or computer feeling ok.

Please help me I can barely study for my finals and I'm afraid that I might fail.
