Is it possible to Jailbreak my ois 6.1.3 iphone 4s?

I've been considering jailbreaking my iphone for a while now. A few months ago when I decided to do it, I read that it couldn't be done for ois 6.1.3. I was disappointed but didn't think about it too much until the other day. I did some research on google and some sites say it's not possible and some sites say it is. So now I'm confused! I just want to know for sure if my iphone 4s can be jailbroken or not?

I don't have a lot of knowledge about jailbreaking so I'm hoping someone that does can give me the real answer. Also any other information relative would be helpful.

Amazon shipping date and USPS?

So I ordered an iPhone case off of amazon and and the estimated shipping date was June 20-July 9 and I ordered it on may 27 and I just checked the USPS for my package and it said first class package international service and it said acceptance and the date was may 30th 7:46pm in China… What does this mean? Btw its a nike "just do it" case. Does that mean its counterfeit? And how will I receive the case? I just want it before June 22nd because that's when I leave the country for a month.

Where could I get a good iPhone 4S battery?

I had my iPhone for 6 months before my battery life was much less than unsatisfactory.So, I replaced it with ones from Amazon. The problem is these do not hold charge anywhere near a new battery and most just barely beat a much used OEM battery. Are these stocks of batteries just getting too old? Where could I get a battery that will come close to providing 1430 mAH? I don't wanna upgrade phones, but I do miss the days of having a phone that didn't have to life support to a wall two or three times a day. I know I'm a power user, but my battery use to last a while(a day), and my usage hasn't changed much at all. Could I get a better one from Apple?

Added (1). Unlike one user's suggestion, the battery is replaceable. Everyone can't replace it but most people should be able to; it's so easy! From my question details above, you can see that I have already replaced my battery several times, but I can't find a reliable source for good batteries. I even mentioned that they are sold on Amazon. There wouldn't be a strong market for batteries if everyone was deterred by a unibody case. Maybe I should build my own from more reliable smaller batteries and slap their connector on it, though I would much rather purchase a good $20 battery. I do have their connector.

Can I keep my old texts if I get a different iPhone?

I have an iPhone 4s but it broke completely so I'm getting an iPhone 1… Yeah it sucks. Anyways will I be able to view my old texts on the iPhone 1 and see the texts I've missed this week from now having it?

Found a dog in the street and took it home.don't know what to do

On my way home I found a yorkie dog running into the street… It was in a horrible area of town (ghetto) and traffic was bad so it was either I pick her up or she probably get run over. So I brought her home and she is very friendly but she acts scared around my dad almost like she has been abused. I'm not sure that's the case I'm just saying. She has really bad fleas but she is very sweet and loving. I called the shelter and I went on craigslist but didn't see any ads until I looked and saw one posted about a month and a half ago that matched the description and I'm pretty positive that its her. They said in the ad she got out of the fence but when I picked her up there's no way she could have survived that long on her own. That area is known for wild pit bulls tearing up small animals anyways and is really dangerous. They also wrote that they were new to the area and didn't know where the shelters were an they thought someone had her. I almost am thinking maybe she got lost again? They didn't put any contact info so I emailed the craigslist account and asked if they found their dog and they replied "no" and I said that I might have one that fit the description and they haven't replied! It's been days and they are writing off an iPhone so I know they read it. I don't know what to do. My family is getting attached to the dog and the dog is getting very attatched to us too. The last thing we need is a dog but I mean we will take it in I don't want her going back to a home that's bad and if they don't care. I'm trying to give them the benefit of doubt but they won't even reply to my message. I'm not a bad person I just want to do what's right. Any advice would be appreciated.

My Verizon Iphone 4 won't send or receive messages from Non-Iphones

I recently got my iphone and switched to verizon about a month ago, right after I activated the phone i did the IOS6 update and everything was working fine about a week ago, i noticed that MMS won't work, my cellular data is on, i've tried turning Wi-Fi on/off, i've tried turning imessage off/on and i've done the network reset twice and also restarted my phone multiply times, i've made sure MMS is turned on and i've even deleted apps that might have interfered with the images but nothing seems to work. Does anyone have the same problem? Are there any solutions? I have not tried to contact verizon because i'm going next week but i'm just wondering if i can fix this myself.
