It's an iPhone 5, and I live in NZ. We're going on a trip to America for a couple of weeks, and I don't know if my phone will work. I don't care if I can't text or make phone calls, or about roaming or whatever with Vodafone. I just want to make sure I can use Wi-Fi like usual. Obviously the camera and iPod parts will work? But what about Internet? Cheers.

I have recently taking the liberty into investing my money into buying and selling products online. I have found that gumtree is good for this, I have found an iphone 5 brand new for £290 I have mailed the guy about the listing. Although he will only accept a bank transfer because apparently he has reached his paypal receiving limits.
Alarm bells starting to ring, as I will only by via paypal or credit card for security reasons, is this guy trying to scam me? Or is he genuine?
Also am I protected if I do go into my bank personally and make a transfer to his account? If this is a scam can I get my money back?
Added (1). I have insisted that I will only use paypal although he is not so adamant. I've kindly declined his offer.
If you read many of the comments on any Apple related article or youtube video, the amount of hate is just unbearable. I don't understand why people go out of their way to tear down this great American company. I'm not an Apple fanboy, I don't worship Apple products. But I do use a few of their products like the Mac and iPhone and I think they are fantastic. If it weren't for Apple, we wouldn't have many of the things we have today, like the PC, Smartphones, Tablets, etc. I just think people should be more respectful and appreciative and grow up a little bit.
The dual adapter works fine when I have a payg Orange and a payg T-Mobile SIM in place, but whenever I remove either SIM and insert my contract EE SIM, the phone displays 'invalid SIM'.
I'm obviously wanting to use my contract EE SIM in conjunction with any of the 2 payg SIMS.
Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

I was on my phone just browsing around when all of a sudden it started to really lag and freeze up. I decided to let it charge for a bit so i plugged it in and let it charge. It worked perfectly fine until i entered my home page again. It started freezing up and on the instagram app it said "cleaning… " so i deleted it. Because it was freezing i decided that maybe if i turned it off and back on again it will work as usual. But this time when i tried to turn it back on it stayed on the apple logo. And i even tried the whole hold down the home + power button for 12 seconds. I really don't want to restart it because i didn't save a project and i can't risk to loose it. How do i fix it? Do i have to restore it? I'm freaking out and it won't start back up!
Added (1). Btw… I have an iPhone 4S
I'm assuming that I have to download it onto my computer first, but I can't even do that. How do I load a movie onto my computer? I can't just drag the movie file onto the desktop. Also what do I do after that. I have a macbook.
