I have an iPhone 3GS and Everytime I try to download something it says something about "this app requires iOS 4.2" or whatever and it keeps on doing that all the time. Right now I have version 4.1 do I have to update and if I do, how do I do that.

So, I know FaceTime doesn't work with phones that aren't iPhones. Not even Android.
I'm just wondering if, perhaps, I accidentally requested to facetime an android phone (or something like that) the call showed up at all?

I bought an iPhone and it wouldn't turn on even after plugging it into itunes. I filed a complaint/case and i want a partial refund so i can fix it myself because i want the item. He insists to having myself issue a full refund of $310 but i'm asking for $150 or $100, i really want to keep the item so i can fix it, he really wants me to close the case but i will not. Any tips? And after the case escalated can eBay force me to make a full refund to send the item back?
I planning to change my phone to a Galaxy S4, or Galaxy Note 3, or the Iphone but when is the Iphone coming out? September? And is it coming out as Iphone 5s or Iphone 6, and can you tell me somethings that iphone is going to improve? Any one knows?
Okay so I can get a new phone on Saturday (5/11/13) and I'm still undecided whether I want to switch my iPhone 4S for the 5 or the galaxy s4. The main reasoning worried are:
1. How will I get my itunes music/pictures/contacts onto my new android phone?
2. I own a Nike fuelband and android doesn't make an app for the fuelband so. I don't know how I would use my fuelband that is worth like $125 so I can't just stop using it.
3. What if I grow tired of it after a while? With my iPhone I never grew tired of it because it was just easy to use and didn't really get boring. It was never too complicated.
Someone please help me out here! I would really really appreciate it.
I got an unlocked iPhone 4 on eBay. Sealed, new and all. I plan on using it on T-Mobile, so it's a GSM/SIM phone. But something bothers me. Straight out of the box, it was ready to use. It was linked to AT&T with complete 3G access. I haven't opened the SIM tray yet, but there's already a GA phone number with it (912 area code). The seller's from SC. Is it supposed to be like this?

I want to activate a iphone 4 i found at a national park, only there for a trip and with a lot of people you often loose items. II want to know if I can activate this iphone. Its been reported lost/stolen but the agent at verizon said if I could come in contact with the owner to ask if he could remove the report, but i don't know who it belongs to! Is there anyway to still activate it?
Added (1). No I didn't steal it! I found it someone lost their phone i happened to have found it! If I can't ok whatever lets just suck it up. (sorry i'm just trying to see if i can activate it by unlocking the cdma or something to switch carriers or not, but i hate when someone just assumes the contrary.)
Added (2). ONE MORE THING! I just spoke to an online verizon agent and I was told to speak with the nearest verizon and ask if they can unlock it but it may take a long process since it is flagged.
