Iphone 4 buttons/Front Camera?

All the buttons on my iphone 4 are not working apart from the home buttom.
The front camera is also broke but the back is working fine!
I'm not sure how it happened but they've not been working for about two weeks!
My phone is under warrenty still but it's not insured.
What should I do? Would I be able to fix them myself or would I have to take it to a shop or even apple?
Also if I took my phone to apple would they give me a new one or make me pay to get the buttons and camera fixed?

IPhone 4S turning on and off?

It gets to the apple logo and then turns on and off on and I've tried to hold the two button but nothing seems to work I tried to put in recovery mode but that didn't work either

Which iphone would they send me?

I have a 4S and I broke the screen the other day. I got the insurance (I know everybody thinks it's a waste, but I downhill mtb with mine so it was only a matter of time) so that means I get either a new or a factory refurbished phone when I send it in. Has anybody done this recently? I'm wondering if I'll get a 4S or a 5? I see they are only selling the 4S in the 16g online. I have the 64g.

Just got an iPhone and I really just want one Really good game for it and leave it at that. I'm thinking of either minecraft or doodlejump. The first I was never really into on pc but I feel like it might be better on an iPhone. But it's whatever, i'm not stuck on either of those.
