I got scammed on? Is there anything I can do?

I bought a factory unlocked 'iphone' on offerup, It turned out to be a fake iphone. It turns on just like an iphone but you can't connect it and it doesn't have many iphone features. Anyways, This person that sold it to me still had his ad up. So i messaged him under a different account asking if he still has his 'iphone'. He said he did. I think this person is selling fake iphones to people. I will be meeting this person again (he doesn't know its me and my friend) to buy his "iphone". I just want to confront him about what he did to me. I won't try to hurt him or anything because i might cause a bigger problem and i don't know if this guy has a weapon. Is there anything i can do? Should i report him to the police? Can i still get my money back? What should i tell him and what should i do when i see him? Its actually not me who will be seeing him. I will be in the car but my friend is gonna play the victim and pretend to buy his fake phone. I think that they ( the two boys that sold me the phone) might have other people around too because he was on the phone with someone when they approached me and they were parked far away from our meeting location. Also, i know it was stupid of me to not check the phone thoroughly. I learned my lesson. I just want to get justice somehow and i really don't want these people scamming others.

Office Computer Build?

I built myself a gaming computer about a year ago, and my mother is always talking about how fast it is and how she can't get anything done on her laptop. She says she needs her laptop, my dad's laptop, and her phone, just for to keep up with her thoughts (she's one of those people who has 30 tabs open at once, and is switching between at least 9 of them at any one time). None of the tech they use is top of the line (iPhone 4, laptops are a few years old, etc.), so I was wanting to build her a desktop computer that can keep up.

The only issue is, I don't know what is important for a work computer build. I assume a lot of RAM and a decent processor, but I'm not terribly experienced in component selection. She like my dual monitor, and I was hoping to use a hd tv I have as a monitor, but she won't be doing any hardcore gaming, so I'm not sure on the graphics card.

My budget is about $1000, which is what I built my gaming computer on, so I think I can do this?

How do i stop spam bots?

I have a private account of Instagram but i also have a second account for something else that I want to be public.It's annoying how spam bots keep following me for example free followers and accounts that say do you want to win an iphone 7? What do I do i can't just keep blocking them it will take a long time

Will my phone work at all in Costa Rica?

I'm going to be on vacation in Costa Rica for a week. I have an iPhone 7 through US Cellular and I was wondering if I'm going to have any sort of service down there (as in data or voice). We will also be switching hotels almost every night while we're down there so will most hotels there have Wi-Fi?

What's up with my iPhone?

I know this will probably get zero answers but it would keep asking me to give mi iCloud password which I repeatedly did but than I'd get codes which never worked and now it just logged me out and even though I put in the right login info it just won't do anything it just verifys and I try over and over again all my contacts are gone my photos and note disappear than reappear it's weird. I went to the Apple Store and payed $80 for my battery to be replaced after 2 years I've got an iPhone 6. Along with that I don't think the geniuses can do anything about this and it's always like a 3-5 hour wait in the mall

I'm a victim of cyber bullying. They are monitoring my phone and I need help to stop it

A person on a site called Wattpad is repeatedly sending me terrible awful messages about how horrible of a they think that I'm. In turn they some how monitors my phone and can tell me the stuff I do, who I text, and what I text them. Not only that they somehow got access to my phone number and had someone text me as like a spy to see how I would react. They honestly hate me and they won't leave me alone no matter how much I ask. They believe that they are doing some sort of justice by harassing me and they won't stop until they believe I have changed from this image they see me as. Reason is not a option. I don't feel safe and my privacy has been invaded. I don't know how to get this to stop. I really need someone's help on how to stop them from monitoring my phone. I have a IPhone 6. Please and thank you.
