Can you unlock an iPhone 5 with a bad ESN?

I'm shopping for an iPhone 5 to use because I'm a new assistant and I would like a business phone. I also would like a good phone with an even better deal and found cheaper iPhones on eBay but they have bad ESNs. I know what one is but can I unlock the phone and get rid of that problem?

So I just got an iPhone 5 and I was wondering if it would be safe to put it in my pocket with no case without worrying about the screen scratching? I don't much care about the back; just the screen.

Right cable for Hardwiring a USB port into my car?

Looking to hard-wire a 12v usb female port into my cars cigarette lighter and simultaneously wire some under-dash lighting. I wish to connect this female usb port to a usb hub behind the dash and then have part of this hub embedded flush into the dash… And be able to charge multiple devices at once with the hub.IE. Ipods, Iphones, Ipads, etc. I know how to do the wiring, just looking for the right products. Looking for something like the item below except it doesn't need to be be weather proof, and I'd preferably like it to come from amazon and be under 20 dollars. Not sure if I should get a cable with an inline fuse or not, or what amount of voltage it should be to support at least 3-4 devices.

Verizon iPhone 4 voicemail not working?

I got this phone about a week ago, and never thought to set up voicemail. Well, I've been trying to all day and I don't get the visual voicemail. When I press the voicemail button it takes me into a call. It tells me to enter the voicemail box number of the person I want to leave a message for, or enter my voicemail box number. I didn't know what that was, so I went to the verizon website, logged in and tried resetting my password. I reset it, and then tried to enter it when I called my voicemail again. It still won't work.
Is there any way to fix this problem? And is there some way I can set up the visual voicemail? I had an iPhone 3 before this, and never had this issue.

Added (1). It doesn't even give me prompt when I enter my voicemail password, it just tells me the password is incorrect.

IPhone stolen so how to wipe phone clean?

Someone took my phone yesterday and I see that if I go to iCloud online it says I can erase everything on my phone. Does that mean the guy won't be able to go through all of my personal things? All pics and phone number will be erased? It also says once I do that then my iPhone won't be able to be tracked anymore so that sucks. But I know I prob won't be able to find it ever again anyway. So what exactly gets erased when I wipe my phone clean through icloud? I would just hate some creep to get ahold of all of my pics and content info… And I don't want him/her to enjoy any free music lol
