Can a gifted IPhone be considered stolen and legally taken back?

My boyfriend gifted me the IPhone I'm currently using, about four months ago and we recently broke up. He told me that the phone was mine and I could keep it, however now he is telling me if I do not return it then legal action will be taken. What are my/ his options here? And considering how crappy he's being I don't plan on giving it back without a fight and am pondering just smashing it before giving it back. If I smash it will I get in trouble if it was an "accident"? What do I do here? I need a phone and don't deserve to be so inferior simply because I don't have the money to buy another phone. He doesn't need the phone. He is just being spiteful.

Does apple replace batteries in the iphone 4?

I think my battery finally gave up and pretty much no longer works. Does apple replace iphone 4 batteries or do i need to go somewhere else for that?

IPhone won't turn on or restore?

So I had my iPhone 4 running 6.0.2 jail-broken with evasi0n. Everything had been going good until last night. I was attempting to install Siri using Cydia, when my iPhone randomly turned off. I just assumed it was re-springing or something. The Apple logo appeared as it booted up, but it never fully booted up. It stayed on the Apple logo and did nothing else. I left it plugged in and left for school, then came back several hours later to find it still stuck on the Apple logo.
I tried doing a hard reboot, putting it into DFU mode, recovery mode, booting it holding the volume up button, everything, but nothing would work. I also tinkered around with TinyUmbrella but that didn't help either.
By now the Apple logo was gone, and now it's just stuck on a screen that has a picture of a USB pointing to the iTunes logo, prompting me to connect my iPhone to iTunes.
So I connected it to iTunes, and it told me that it recognized a device connected that's in recovery mode and that it had to be restored. By this point I didn't really care whether I lost my stuff on my iPhone or not, I just wanted my iPhone back.
So I tried to restore it, and I kept getting various error messages telling me I couldn't restore this iPhone (I got Error 21, Error 1601, and Error 1602).
Then, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes, and that didn't work either.

What else can I do? I'm so desperate and upset about this, please help!

Iphone keeps trying to turn on but won't?

I have an Iphone 3 gs my dad gave me a few months ago, it's 3 yrs old so pretty old. It was working perfectly fine when i got it except the vibrate button was messed up, when i put it on vibrate it kept going on then off. I did drop it a coupe times and cracked the screen and then after using it for a while( i was on it constantly) it started to not charge right. It got to the point where it wouldn't charge on the wall charger, car charger or computer, or on different charge cables.

I finally got a little bit of money and got a new screen and new battery. The screen looks great and the battery worked great but was only at 30 something %, which i know is typical for shipping. But when i went to charge it (at 12%) it wouldn't get anymore charge, it just stayed at 12%. I left it plugged in all night hoping it would do something but didn't. I took it off the charge the next morning and went to plug it back in and it wouldn't charge or indicate it was charging where as before it indicated it was charging by the charge symbol but the % wouldn't go up.

so now when i plug t in anywhere it has the apple symbol like it is coming on for a few seconds (maybe 2-3) then it'll go away then repeat the process, it won't get off the apple screen, i would just reset it but while putting the screen back on i super glued the home button down (it wasn't working good before anyways) so can't reset it and iTunes won't recognize my phone when i plug it into the computer.i'm real computer savvy and know a lot about electronics but just can't figure this out

Iphone 4 fell in water.left in rice 3 days.backlight turns on nothing else?

Had phone in pocket and went in ocean. It was fully submerged.waited an hour and got rice.left it in for 3 days, then turned it on and didn't work.took battery out and left in for 1 day then let it charge or 10 mins and turned it on. The apple logo came on and flickered and vibrating pulse couple of times then did not come on. What should i do?

Usb not recognised iphone

I'm trying to restore my iphone because its jail broken and i deleted everything out of ifile and now it won't go past the set up it just keeps flashing the set language page how can i get my computer to recognize my iphone? Is ut my light cable that's broke because it wouldn't let my sync it before i deleted everything out of ifile.

So i found an iphone 4s and took the sim out its sprint and completely restored it and plugged it up to itunes and its all my info
can they get on another iphone and go to the tracking app "wheres my iphone?"

I think I killed my iPhone 4S?

Oh my christ. Okay, so I was using my iPhone 4S normally today, and keep in mind this happened literally 5 minutes ago. It was getting super hot, and I assumed it was just getting a little overheated, so I took the case off and kept using it. Then all of the sudden, it just died. The power was I think at around 20% battery, but it was plugged into my computer when this happened.

I assumed it just needed to cool down, so I opened my window, and let my phone rest beside the window, and in about 10 minutes it was back to regular temperature. I plugged my phone into the wall (where it currently is) and normally when your phone dies it can be powered on to show that it's either charging, or needs to be plugged in. It has shown me nothing.

I've tried pressing and holding the power button, pressing and holding the power and home button, quickly pressing the home button, anything, and it's completely dead. What do I do!
