I have an iPhone 3GS that's about 2 years old. It has been dropped a couple of time, but doesn't have any external damage aside from a couple scratches. When I plug it in, it rarely charges. I've tried a few different chargers with it and it still doesn't charge. Whenever I turn it off, it almost always turns itself back on after a few minutes. Is there anything I can do or should I look into getting a new phone?
I been told that iphones can get hacked, and told by others that they can't. It has been acting weird lately and i got a weird text message. But i read online how people can remote control your iphone when they hack it even if they don't have ahold of it. So my question is. IF they were to send my friends a bunch of crap text messages. Would it show up in my outbox so i would know it happened. So i could tell my friends that it was not me? It happened before with my old phone, but that was not an iphone.
I have an iPhone 4 and I was wondering if I turn it on airplane mode and then turn on Wi-Fi, if it will still cost me data to use Netflix. I would be connected to my home Wi-Fi (like for laptops and such). I have heard mixed results and I want a real answer. I want to be able to watch Netflix on my phone without going over my data plan, or my parents will kill me.
So when I had first started getting songs on my iphone, I did it by downloading mp3s on my computer and putting them on my phone via itunes. At this time, I could do this such as change the names of the songs, arrange the order of a playlist, and drag the mp3 right into the spot on the playlist i wanted. I then recently got a new computer and now i can't edit any song info, arrange playlists, ect. I can only now copy and paste the mp3 into the playlist but once it is in i can't move it or remove any. If i try to edit a playlist directly from my phone it simply goes back to the order it was in and doesn't work. Anyone know what i'm doing wrong?
My iPhone 4s with Sprint will not text, but only in my house. My sister has the same phone and has no problems with hers.iMessage works fine, SMS will not work. Once I leave my house, everything works fine. I've gone into Sprint twice to get the problem fixed, and their solutions do not help me at all. I called ##update# to reconnect to the towers and I have reset the network settings, I even restored it to factory settings. Nothing seems to work. Any ideas?
I dropped it in a toilet.yeah. It was in my backpocket and i completely forgot about it.
It turned off by itself and seemed dead. After about 3 hours I got it to a professional to repair it. He opened it, dried it and said no corrosion happened and he will do everything he can to fix it. I'm supposed to find out on Tuesday if it's gonna survive. I'm gonna be left without a phone til June if it's dead. Should I be optimistic?

So I recently sold an iPhone to a man on Craigslist. It was a 4s 16gb and I sold it to him for $350. I thought I was getting a great deal when he asked me why I was selling it for so cheap. He then told me how he buys iPhones and sells them to people in china for way more. He told me he would sell my 4s to china for around $500. I'm wondering how this is possible and if possible, how I could start selling my iPhones to china. Any ideas on how to sell iPhones to businesses or other buyers other than private buyers on eBay and Craigslist would be much appreciated.
Hi so I recently got the new iPhone 5 and I noticed that right out of the box there was some dust in the camera and now I saw that there's a black blob right when I want to take a picture, if I go to apple will they give me a new phone or a refurbished one? And will all my info be transferred?
I transferred music from my itunes account onto my dads iphone, but for some reason it won't work for my moms iphone. I need help!
Don't ask why. I'm just wondering. Are there any specific bottles you may know of which have a large enough lid to put an iPhone inside? I really don't want to cut open a bottle just to place it in and then tape it back together.
