Can a stolen iPhone 5 be used?

A woman stole my iphone 5 nearly two weeks ago at Gamestop. It was recorded on a security camera and the detective knows all of her information because she used a credit card in the store. He has to get an arrest warrant before he can go to her house though. I reported this phone as stolen to AT&T and gave the police department my phone's serial number but I'm worried she will try to sell it. Will anyone even want to buy this phone? It won't even turn on. Is it possible to "jailbreak" it? I know she can't sell it to a pawn shop or put her own sim card in it but is there still a way someone could use it?

Apps for editing something out of a photo?

I took a photo of my star lantern thing, and in the picture you can see the cord, are there any apps I can use to edit the cord out of the photo? I have the iPhone 5.

IPhone 5, 2 year contract or full retail?

I want to buy a iPhone 5 with AT&T but I'm not sure what a two year contract is. Since I have a family plan with my aunt and have a iPhone 4 but want to go buy a iPhone 5 with the two year contract. But the problem is will I be able to do that with no problem?

What is the best portable iphone charger?

I'm going to New York next month and so I want to buy a portable iphone charger to charge 2 iphones, so being able to charge them simultaneously would be a plus. It needs to fairly small and preferably light and be able to fully charge a couple of times before it needing to be charged again.

I've looked on eBay and there are loads to choose from but they all have different mAH capacities. Is the bigger the mAH the better?

What charger would you recommend for me? I'm willing to spend $30:)

I have a iphone 4, if i were to buy an iphone 4s on ebay, would i have to pay to activate it? If so how much? (I don't know if it makes a difference but i have AT&T)
