Uploaded a photo and folder from my computer to my iphone 5 now i can't delete move or do anything to it I want to delete the folder and the picture. I would like to get the picture from my computer into my camera roll but apparently you can't move photos on an iphone 5 please help!

So I used a visa gift card in the app store and eventually I finished it. Now when I want to update my apps I press update, it says "Sign in required. Tap Continue and sign in to view billing information" and it takes me to Payment Method and all of the gift card info is still there, but "There's a billing problem with a previous purchase. Please update your payment method". Well I don't have a credit card nor any other card to put in and there's no option to not have a card like there was before I put that card in… So now I have 6 apps that need to be updated, but I can't update them until I get another gift card or credit/debit card, right?

My iphone 5 was fine till I updated it, my down volume botton stopped working and it started skipping songs, there should be no reason for me to pay for another phone since I didn't have nothing to do with breaking it, I didn't drop it since I got it three months ago, will they replace my phone or fix it?
I would like to buy a cheap iphone 4?
