Iphone 4 stucked in recovery mode after attempting to restore it?

My iphone4 was jailbroken before at ios 5.1! I didn't want the jailbreak anymore since it was slowing my phone down, so I decided to restore it to ios 6.1! But during the restoring, An error (1620) came up and It is now stucked in recovery mode! My itunes is unable to detect the iphone no matter what I do and I tried using the TInyUmbrella to get it out of recovery mode but neither did the TinyUmbrella detect my iphone! Does anyone know any solution to this problem?

Iphone 5 electrically shocks me?

I never had this issue with any other iphone or itouch i have used in my life.

I got my first iphone 5 on christmas 2013.It had shocked me once howeber i let it pass because i had a very staticy blankket on while it was charging and i tried to touch it. I ended up breaking the lights in the screen and got a new one (thanks to warrenty ☺). My new iphone 5 is my current one. It was totally fine until i found out about th shock. I get shocked almost everytime i take my headphones out pf my ears /in/ my ears. It hurts a lot. This happens a lot and has been botheringme for some time now. However, tonight, i have gotten shocked about 4-5 times by sinply touching the phone itself. It hurt more and more each shock. I was charging in on my couch and kept leavinga and returning to it.

Have you or anyone else have this happen? I don't have a warrenty anymore so i can't "break it" (we've all done that b4) but i can't stand the shock. Should i go to the apple store or just put up with it? It hurts a lot and it worries me a lot too.

Also, are there any ways to stop ir?
