How to use my 3G connection on my iPhone 4S as a Wi-Fi hotspot?

I know i can buy and extra data plan through verizon but i already pay for unlimited 3G and i wondering if there was a way to turn thAt 3G signal into Wi-Fi for free.

Process to change from iphone 3gs to 4s plus change SIM?

Got an iphone 3gs at present on Vodafone PAYG, going to buy a iphone 4s but these only take micro SIM which at present I have normal sized SIM.

So do I go buy my new 4s first, then go into Vodafone shop and request SIM transferral, then set up new 4s?

Don't want to be without a phone during process so can Vodafone activate new SIM straight away?
When I put SIM into new 4s will it let me activate new SIM prior to setting up phone on itunes?
Also if I've backed up to itunes/icloud can I then set up new phone and just transfer all apps / contacts over?

Thanks in advance… Just doesn't feel like its gonna go smoothly in setting up a new SIM & new phone!

I forgot my iphone 4 passcode and tried way to many times to guess it now my phone says "Iphone is disabled connect to itunes" I connected it to itunes but itunes asks me for a passcode. I really don't want to have to restore my phone but i will. If anyone could give me instructions on how to fix it or restore it it would be greatly appreciated.

Iphone won't delete pictures?

My iphone has pictures that my friend took with my ipad so now it is on my iphone so i deleted it off my ipad but it is still there on my iphone but when i try to delete it off my photostream (iphone) it doesn't even have the trash button! So when i go to my photo and i click on the delete everywhere button it won't even freaking do anything!

Few days ago, my iphone suddenly auto shut down and turn on repeatedly by itself. I tried to restore it, but failed. It just keeping rebooting itself even during the restoration process.tried in both dfu and normal restoration mode, but i got the same result. I heard that apple won't repair a jailbroken iphone, but i can't restore it to factory settings. I really don't know what to do now. Are there any shop that can fix iphone?
