I recently seen someone with a IPhone Case like this phone and I want the case but I don't know what the phone is called to look up the case… Anybody know the name of the phone? Or know the name of the case and where I can find it. What are these kind of phones called

IPhone/iCloud picture trouble?

So I love taking pictures. I have an iPhone 5c and I've used up absolutely ALL my storage with pictures. I have deleted all of my apps, safari history, all the pictures I didn't care to keep (about 800), and got rid of a bunch of old texts. Now, it still says I have no room.
I have another iPhone 5c and I logged onto my iCloud account on that one and it still said I have no room so I then figured that it's just all the pictures on my iCloud backup or whatever!
Now what I'm needing to know is is it possible to download all my pictures onto the actual phone without erasing them? I don't care if they re on my iCloud anymore, they ll be on the phone. I'm just so desperate. It says they re not backed up so it's doing that thing where the pictures are a little blurry, has a small white exclamation point at the bottom and I can't send them or anything. I want to put the pictures from my iCloud onto iPhone number one, and use iPhone number two to start fresh with.

Can i icloud unlock an iphone?

I want to buy an iphone second hand off someone but they said its icloud locked. I know that you can unlock that but i was wondering if it actually works. Like if there's gonna be a problem or sometehing.
